A Novel Disposable Eye Pad And Method Of Manufacturing And Packing Thereof

Abstract: The present invention relates to a disposable sticking eye pad from non woven adhesive tape which has a multilayered spun lace 80 gsm material which is highly absorbent extra soft and stick well in the centre. The layers of spunlace material could be 10 or more or less as per requirement. The shape of the present invention is mostly oval but shape can be changed as per requirement. The present invention is used after ophthalmic surgery for closing/covering the eye and also absorb the waste material which release from the eye.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
. Many different kinds of eye pads constructions and bandaging procedures are
commonly how. One of the problems with most known eye' bandaging procedures,
however is that they quire a medical professional to construct them on the patient

OBJECTIVE OF THE PRESENT INVENTION
The present invention relates to disposable eye pad which has super absorbent
property to absorb the releases of eyes occurred by the post operation eyes.
The another objective of the present invention is that it is an sterilized material which
are helpful in covering the eye and protect the ye from any infection caused by cotton

I/WE CLAIM:
1. A novel disposable eye pad comprising a disposable eye pad.
manufactured from non-woven adhesive, tape having multi-layered
spun lace 80 gsm material which is highly absorbent, cxrra soft atld
stick well in the center.
2. The eye pad as claimed in claim 1, wherein the number of layers of
spun lace should be >10< or more (or less). '
3. The eye pad as claimed in claim 1, wherein the shape of eye pad is oval
or it can be changed as per requirement.
4. The eye pad as claimed in claim 1, wherein the eye pad layered spread
from the side while on use as it absorbs the waste material releases
from the eye after surgery.
5. The eye pad as claimed in elah 1, wherein the eye pad is used after
ophthalmic surgery for closing (stitching) the eye.
