A Novel, Method, System And Apparatus For An Ip Based Voice And Video Communication
Abstract: A novel method, device, system and apparatus are preposed for communicating through internet protocol (IP) video and voice packets between two or more parties. Thje incoming IP video data through the wireless or wireline modem coming in the compressed format such as MPEG or H.263 etc. are converted to the analog TV format such as NTSC/PAL/SECAM and fed to the audio-visual AV channel in to the digital or Analog Television (TV). The voice packets coming through IP packets are converted throughs peech decoders such as G.711 etc are routed to wiereless or wireline telephone. Both the above form a system for voice-video interactive communication between two or more internet users. The dialing system in to the network and to the user is through manual dialing or through speech recognition system such that simple speaking of the number will automatically dial in to the desired and intended number in the network.
