FIELD OF INVENTION
This invention relates to a vehicle with improved quality front and rear bumper.
PRIOR ART
Bumper holder is provided so as to control the gap and level difference. This acts as an additional mounting for the bumpers.
However, with use/time the gap and difference do not remain constant and get widened. As a result, it affects quality of the vehicle.
OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION
The primary object of the present invention is to propose a vehicle with improved quality front and rear bumper which is simple in construction and cost effective.
Another object of the present invention is to propose a vehicle with improved quality front and rear bumper which reduces the assembly time.
Further object of the present invention is to oropose a vehicle with improved quality front and rear bumper which can control the gap, level difference taking into .account white body variations.

STATEMENT OF INVENTION
According to this invention, there is provided a vehicle with improved quality front and rear bumper comprising of a bracket connected to front area/rear area of vehicle body, other end of which is mounted with fender (for front fender mounting)/rear bumper (for rear bumper mounting) respectively.

DETAIL DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION WITH REFERENCE TO THE ACCOMPANYING DRAWINGS:
The present invention discloses a vehicle with improved quality front and rear bumper. Reference may be made to fig. 1, wherein a bracket (fig. 2) is connected to the front area of vehicle and its other end is mounted

with the fender. The bracket is provided with a plurality of ribs on upper and lower area as shown so as to provide rigidity to the fender. As a result, the fender won't get dislocated with use maintaining constant gap with the mating parts i.e. bumper, head lamp and hood.
The shape of the bracket is designed to match with surface requirements of the vehicle body and the styling surface of the vehicle at the fender area.
The bracket stiffens the Fender Mounting Area so that the gaps and level differences are controlled as per the design wherein the bracket joins the fender mounting bracket more rigidly to avoid any production or handling errors.
The bracket is mounted as child-part prior to the mounting of the Fender on the Body.
Now, reference may be made to fig. 3, wherein a L-shaped bracket (fig. 4) is provided below the rear lamp. The bracket is connected to weld body at one end, other end of which is mounted with the bumper. The bracket is having provisions of nut for connectivity with the rear bumper. Further, a slot is provided instead of circular hole on the rear bumper for flexibility in adjusting the gap and level difference to a minimum level while assembling of the vehicle.
Provision of bracket provides rigidity. Further, it also controls the gap in transverse direction and level difference between the side body and bumper. The bracket thus acts as an extra mounting for the bumper.

Mounting of Bumper on the Stay, Rear Bumper:
1. The bracket is a Sheet Metal part and welded / bolted while
manufacturing White Body. Rear Bumper is assembled on the
L-shaped bracket thereby controlling the parameters.
2. With no change in the Side Body Styling, this bracket addition
controls the gap and LED issues resulting in cost saving.
It is to be noted that the present invention is susceptible to modifications, adaptations and changes by those skilled in the art. Such variant embodiments employing the concepts and features of this invention are intended to be within the scope of the present invention, which is further set forth under the following claims:-

WE CLAIM:
1. A vehicle with improved quality front and rear bumper comprising of a bracket connected to front area of vehicle, other end of which is mounted with fender, and another bracket connected to weld body at one end, other end of which is mounted with rear bumper.
2. A vehicle as claimed in claim 1, wherein said bracket is provided with a plurality of ribs on upper and lower area to provide rigidity to the fender.
3. A vehicle as claimed in claim 2, wherein said bracket is mounted as child-part prior to the mounting of the fender on the body.
4. A vehicle as claimed in claim 1, wherein said another bracket is L-shaped provided below the rear lamp.
5. A vehicle as claimed in claim 4, wherein said bracket is having provision of nut for connectivity with the rear bumper.
6. A vehicle as claimed in any of the preceding claims, wherein the rear bumper is provided with a slot for flexibility in adjusting the gap and level difference to a minimum level while assembling of the vehicle.
