Claims

1. A novel tiffin system for identification of fresh and stale food wherein the system consists of: a) plurality of sensors for identification of gases and temperature increase as emitted from the food b) inlet and outlet for air circulation c) plurality of lights for signalling the food freshness d) control unit for controlling all operations.

2. The tiffin system as claimed in claim 1, wherein, plurality of sensors are temperature sensors, ammonia, methane and nitrous oxide gas sensors.

3. The tiffin system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the exhaust outlet works when there is over collection of gases.

4. The tiffin system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the light indication indicates the freshness as green and staleness as red light.

5. The tiffin system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the control unit has battery and arduino to control the operations. Description: TECHNICAL FIELD The present disclosure herein, relates to a novel tiffin box for food carrying BACKGROUND [001] Working professionals all over the world require home cooked food. There are few small offices which cannot afford office mess or canteen to cater the food requirements of their employees. Such companies acquire tiffin services for home cooked food. This system works is a new business which is capturing major parts of India. The problem of this business is long distance if the companies are far of then employees don’t get fresh food. [002] WIPO patent application WO2008032135A1, disclosed a food tiffin system with an evacuation heating lid with each chamber. The tiffin is very simple and easy to use but does not work on removal of gases from stale food. [003] US patent application US20150088779A1 disclosed a food delivery service. The system records the entire data right from order to delivery. The problem still persists for the identification of fresh and stale food. [004] The prior art search thus identifies gap and there is need for an easy identification system for fresh and stale food. The said technology solves the problem as highlighted in the prior art. The disclosure of the cited publications/patents is included herein by reference to more clearly explain the state of the associated art and the present disclosure. SUMMARY [005] Before the present systems and methods, are described, it is to be understood that this application is not limited to the particular systems, and methodologies described, as there can be multiple possible embodiments which are not expressly illustrated in the present disclosure. It is also to be understood that the terminology used in the description is for the purpose of describing the particular versions or embodiments only, and is not intended to limit the scope of the present application. This summary is not intended to 3 identify essential features of the claimed subject matter nor is it intended for use in limiting the scope of the claimed subject matter. [006] The present invention relates to a novel tiffin box which identifies fresh and stale food. [007] In one implementation of the present invention, the said method is industrially scalable and economical. [008] In another implementation of the present invention, wherein said the said tiffin has plurality of temperature and gas sensors which work on identification of freshness of food and help it to keep fresh. BRIEF DESCRIPTION [009] The foregoing detailed description of embodiments is better understood when read in conjunction with the appended drawings. For the purpose of illustrating the disclosure, example constructions of the disclosure are shown in the present document; however, the disclosure is not limited to the specific methods and apparatus disclosed in the document and the drawings. [0010] The detailed description is given with reference to the accompanying figures. In the figures, the left--most digit(s) of a reference number identifies the figure in which the reference number first appears. The same numbers are used throughout the drawings to refer like features and components. [0011] Figure 1 illustrates a process flow diagram. DETAILED DESCRIPTION [0013] The foregoing detailed description of embodiments is better understood when read in conjunction with the appended drawings. For the purpose of illustrating the disclosure, example constructions of the disclosure are shown in the present document; however, the disclosure is not limited to the specific methods and apparatus disclosed in the document and the drawings. 4 [0014] The detailed description is given with reference to the accompanying figures. In the figures, the left-most digit(s) of a reference number identifies the figure in which the reference number first appears. The same numbers are used throughout the drawings to refer like features and components. [0015] The present invention relates to a tiffin system has a body made of steel and has electrical wiring optional to heat the food. The tiffin system has inlet and outlet for air circulation to keep the food fresh. The system plurality of sensors for identification of temperature and gases as exhaled from food packed. There are certain gases like nitrous oxide, ammonia which are exhaled when food is stale. The sensors when sense these gases to be emitted over then threshold limit them informs the customer about freshness of food. [0016] In one embodiment of the present invention, referring to figure 1the tiffin has inlet and outlet for exchange of gases. The food temperature tracking system containing temperature sensors are used to detect the change in the temperature of the food in the container. Deviation in the temperature triggers the hot exhaust release in the food container. The gases when detected above a threshold limit then tiffin indicates a red light indicating stale food not fit for consumption whereas if green light then the food is fresh and ready for consumption. [0017] In another embodiment of the present invention, the said process is industrially scalable. [0018] In yet another embodiment of the present invention, said gases are methane and nitrous oxide and ammonia sensors. The entire system is controlled by a battery and aurdino for controlling all operations. [0019] In yet another embodiment, the said tiffin comes with red and green indication for freshness and staleness of food.
