The following specification particularly describes the invention and the manner in
which it is to be performed.

FIELD OF INVENTION
fOOOl) The present invention relates to a parking brake, and more particularly
the present invention relates to a parking brake mechanism used in two wheeler vehicles.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
|0002] CN212580072U discloses, the utility model belongs to the technical
field of brake handles, and particularly relates to a parking brake handle, which comprises an adjusting handle, a handle part and a connecting seat, an adjusting piece is arranged on the handle part in a telescopic mode, one end of the adjusting piece abuts against the connecting base, and the distance between the handle part and the vehicle grip is adjusted by adjusting the extending length of the adjusting piece from the handle part; a rotating shaft used for being connected with a vehicle is arranged on the connecting seat in a penetrating mode, and the connecting seat is driven to rotate on the rotating shaft by driving the adjusting handle so as to conduct braking operation. The parking mechanism comprises a knob arranged on the adjusting handle and a parking part used for being fixed to a vehicle, and an abutting groove is formed in the parking part; and after the adjusting handle is driven to brake, parking is achieved by driving the wrench into the abutting groove. According to the parking brake handle, the length-adjustable adjusting handle is additionally arranged on the parking brake handle, so that the parking brake handle canadapt to practical persons with different palm sizes, and the using requirements of different users can be met.
[0003] CN207917069U discloses, the utility model belongs to the technical
field of the brake lever, concretely relates to take brake lever of parking mechanism. Inconvenient to current take brake lever of parking mechanism or operation, perhaps the structure complicacy is not enough, the utility model discloses a take brake lever of parking mechanism, but includes the support, articulates the automatic re -setting's on the support handle, but the handle of dialling that hinges

an automatic re -setting on hand, it keeps away from to dial the handle the one end of support forms the operating portion, is close to the one end of support forms the portion of ending that supports, the portion of ending that supports of dialling the handle contradicts during the support, realize the locking of handle. The beneficial effects of the utility model are that: but selling up group handle rotatable and automatic re -setting on hand, only need stir the locking that the handle can be realized to the handle with same hand during the operation, only need to continue pressing handle and can remove the locking, the locking of handle is perhaps removed the locking and is operated all simple and conveniently, but only need set up group handle rotatable and automatic re -setting can realize that the structure obtains simplifying.
|0004| The main function of parking brakes is to avoid the vehicle's motion when vehicle is parked, in addition, these brakes also play an essential role in avoiding the backward motion of vehicles that resumes moving on a slope. Generally, parking brakes operate only on the rear wheels of a vehicle.
[0005] Mostly two-wheeled vehicles are not provided with a real parking brake allowing to keep the vehicle stationary during stops.

(00051] In an embodiments of present invention the parking lever (50) and parking bracket (30) made up of but not limited to metal or sheet metal known in art, may be CRC (Cold Rolled Steel).
[00052| In an embodiments of present invention the first spring (20a) and second spring (20b) are but not limited to return spring known in the art.
[00053] In an embodiments of present invention the first screw (40a) and second screw (40b) made up of material known in the art.
[00054] In an embodiments of present invention the parking lever (50) capable of applying step by step increasing force.
[00055] Three steps provide on parking lever for getting different forces at different steps.

Step Usage
First Step S1 Low force
Second Step S2 Medium force
Third Step S3 High force
[00056] In not limiting example of embodiments of present invention, the gap between brae shoe and brake drum for new vehicle is less, therefore parking lever capable to apply braking force at step SI. As time passes for the gap is medium therefore step S2 capable of applying more force than SI. As more time passes the gas high therefore the step S3 capable of applying more force than S2.

Step Usage
First Step S1 New vehicles with less gap
Second Step S2 Gap is medium
Third Step S3 Gap is high

[00057] The hand lever of vehicle used to apply braking force to the vehicle. The parking levers generally used to hold the hand lever to specific position such that the limited braking force applied by hand lever.
[00058] The non limiting operational characteristics of present invention explained here, normally hand lever (10) and parking lever (50) held at non operative condition. As vehicle is riding on road, when the vehicle appears speed breaker hand lever can be presses to drop down the speed of vehicle. When vehicle is at but not limited to slop or appears to parking zone the pressing the hand lever (10) stops the vehicle, after pressing hand lever (10) pressing the parking lever such that S1 engaged with R of parking bracket (Fig 5). Therefore braking force applied to wheels of vehicle. This scenario is for new vehicles having less gap. As time passes the gap starts increasing, the operation is similar as upto SI, after S1 engaged with R, again pressing the parking lever (50), S2 engaged with R (Fig 6), therefore more braking force get applied to wheels than SI. As more time passes the gap is high, the operation is similar upto S2, again pressing the parking lever (50), the S3 engaged with R (Fig 7), therefore more braking force applied to wheels than S2. For dis engaging the parking lever pressing the hand lever (10) more towards handle bar of vehicle automacally release the parking lever (50) by return spring (20b). For dis engaging the hand lever, realise the hand lever (10), it automatically return to original position by return spring (20a).
[00059] In the above detailed description, reference is made to the accompanying drawings that form a part thereof, however, such description should not be considered as any limitation of scope of the present invention. The structure thus conceived in the present description is susceptible of numerous modifications and variations, all the details may furthermore be replaced with elements having technical equivalence.
