Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a junction box where the wire type fuse box may be replaced by a printed circuit box (PCB) Junction Box. The wire splice required for PCB integration with a bulkhead may be removed. The proposed junction box may include connectors free from wires to integrate the PCB junction box with the bulkhead.
Claims:1. A junction box comprising, said junction box comprising:
a printed circuit board (PCB), comprising:
a plurality of cavities for housing a plurality of fuses, a plurality of relays and a plurality of electrical components, wherein the plurality of fuses, the plurality of relays and the plurality of electrical components plurality of electrical components are electrically coupled to one another through electrical connections soldered on the PCB board;
a bulkhead box comprising:
a plurality of inline connectors, said plurality of inline connectors providing input and output functions;
one or more connectors, said one or more connectors are configured to connect the PCB board and the bulkhead box.
2. The PCB junction box as claimed in claim 1, said PCB board is coupled to a header to facilitate input output connections to the bulkhead box through the plurality of connectors.
3. The junction box as claimed in claim 1, wherein the plurality of fuses, the plurality of relays and the plurality of electrical components are soldered on the PCB board.
4. The junction box as claimed in claim 1, wherein the plurality of relays and the plurality of fuses are serviceable because of the plurality of cavities housing the plurality of relays and the plurality of fuses.

The junction box as claimed in claim 1, wherein at least two covers are configured to cover the PCB board, wherein an upper cover, to cover an upper surface of the PCB board and wherein an under cover, to cover a lower surface of the PCB board, the at least two covers are configured to expose the plurality of fuses, the plurality of relays and the plurality of connectors.
6. The junction box as claimed in claim 1, wherein circuit wirings are deleted between the plurality of fuses, the plurality of relays and the plurality of electrical components plurality. , Description:TECHNICAL FIELD

Existing fuse box contains ATO fuses, Power relays, Micro relays, spare fuses and the like. Existing Bulkhead contains at least10 pairs of inline connectors for input and output function.

The PCB may include a plurality of cavities for housing a plurality of fuses, a plurality of relays and a plurality of electrical components that may be electrically coupled to one another through electrical connections soldered on the PCB board. The junction box may also include a bulkhead box that may include a plurality of inline connectors providing input and output functions and one or more connectors configured to connect the PCB board and the bulkhead box.

One or more mating inline female connectors (306) but not limited to it may be connected to an exterior side of the bulkhead (204) and one or more but not limited to mating PCB JB female connector connected to the exterior side of the bulkhead (204).
