PREAMBLE TO THE DESCRIPTION
The following specification particularly describes the nature of this invention:

FIELD OF THE INVENTION
This invention relates to a radially air circulating fan
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Conventionally various types of table, pedestal fans are available, either they are stationary or swiveling to circulate air to cover around 270° area. Most of these fans operating in horizontal axis where blades in vertical plane. These conventional fans have drawbacks like not circulating air around 360° area or drawing additional power to operate swivel mechanism and possibility of breakdown of the swivel mechanism.
In prior art, US patent no 4061441 discloses a centrifugal fan for circulating room air characterized by an impeller supported for unidirectional rotation about a vertical axis. The fan includes a circular array of vertically oriented, radially extended blades, each blade being at its ends to a pair of end plates and characterized by a leading surface of a substantially flute-like configuration defining a forwardly opening compression chamber extended along the length thereof and communicating with apertures extended radially into the end plates, between the ends of adjacent blades defining openings for accommodating vertical streams of air flowing between the blades. The drawback of the prior art are, the construction of the blade is very complex and heavy and hence will consume more power to operate.
The present invention overcomes the problem associated with the conventional fans.
OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION
An object of the invention is to provide a radially air circulating fan which can rotate the blades about a vertical axis and circulate air all around 360° area.
Another object of the invention is to provide a radially air circulating fan which consume less power to operate the blades.

Another object of the invention is to provide a radially air circulating fan which is simple and cost effective.
Another object of the invention is to provide a radially air circulating fan which rotates blades at a vertical axis to cover radial and horizontal direction.
Another object of the invention is to provide a radially air circulating fan which is easy to maintain and can be used for multipurpose.
Another object of the invention is to provide a radially air circulating fan the design of fan blades in such a way that will draw maximum air from top and bottom of the blades, and direct the circulation of air radially.
Another object of the invention is to provide a radially air circulating fan in which the design of fan blades is unique.
Another object of the invention is to provide a radially air circulating fan consists a platform having an adjustable stand to hold the fan arrangement including fan blade assembly.
Another object of the invention is to provide a radially air circulating fan having a provision to hold light on the top end of the top cover /cage.
Another object of the invention is to provide a radially air circulating fan is operated by motor of external rotor type where the blades are directly mounted on rotor casing
Another object of the invention is to provide a radially air circulating fan is operated by motor of internal rotor type where blades are mounted on the extended motor shaft directly
Another object of the invention is to provide a radially air circulating fan is to operate in public places to provide air in

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
This invention relates to a radially air circulating fan consists of a platform, adjustable stand, motor fan blade assembly, which will circulate the air in horizontal direction radially. The blades of the fan are designed so as to draw air from both top and bottom of the fan blade assembly and directing the drawn air radially. A blade assembly is directly mounted on external rotor casing of motor.
Another embodiment of this invention is to provide an axial flow where blade assembly is directly mounted on extended shaft of the internal rotor type motor.
In accordance to the present invention is to provide, a radially air circulating fan consists a platform having an adjustable stand to hold the fan arrangement including fan blade assembly.
In accordance to the present invention is to provide, a radially air circulating fan having a provision to hold light on the top end of the top cover /cage.
In accordance to the present invention is to provide, a radially air circulating fan is operated by motor of external rotor type where the blades are directly mounted on rotor casing
In accordance to the present invention is to provide, a radially air circulating fan is operated by motor of internal rotor type where blades are mounted on the extended motor shaft directly
In accordance to the present invention is to provide a base assembly which support the stand and motor fan blade assembly.
In accordance to the present invention is to provide, base assembly comprises a base plate preferably circular, with rotary means provided below the base circular plate to move the fan.
In accordance to the present invention is to provide, a adjustable means connected

above the base plate to adjust the height of the fan with locking mechanism
In accordance to the present invention is to provide, a circular cage is provided to enclose a fan blades and prevent direct contact of blades with user.
