A Pick And Carry Crane

Abstract: The present invention is directed to a pick and carry crane, the pick and carry crane comprising: a front body coupled to a rear body; a boom assembly operably coupled with a higher compensation cylinder; a fork set mounted on a conjunction member connected through an elongated member, operably coupled with a lower compensation cylinder; a plurality of hook connected with a snatch block/hook block; a control valve installed in a driver cabin, driven by an operator. The operator pushes the control valve allowing the higher compensation cylinder and the lower compensation cylinder to actuate the boom assembly and the fork set mounted on the conjunction member connected through the elongated member, respectively. The higher compensation cylinder operably coupled to the boom assembly to give a bi-directional force through a bi-directional stroke, the lower compensation cylinder operably coupled with the fork set mounted on the conjunction member connected through the elongated member to carry the palletized load multi-directionally with stability; and the plurality of hook mounted on the snatch block/hook block to carry the un-palletized load to desired location. CROSS REFERENCES
The underlying concepts, but not necessarily the language, of the Indian provisional patent application number 201811015822 filed on April 26, 2018 and that this application claims benefit of the aforementioned provisional application and draws priority from the aforementioned application and contents of said provisional specification are incorporated by reference in their entirety as if fully disclosed in this specification.

TECHNICAL FIELD OF INVENTION
The present invention relates to a crane mechanism, more specifically, to a pick and carry crane with self-compensated forks

BACKGROUND
An articulated pick and carry crane is similar to a mobile crane designed to travel. The steering of the crane is achieved through articulation of a front body and a rear body. The pick and carry cranes are designed to lift and carry the load over small distances.
Conventionally, an ordinary pick and carry crane only lifts the load with hooks and ferry it to a desired location. Usage of hooks mandates bringing in other load carrying machines like telehandler to handle palletized load. A telehandler is a machine widely used to carry the palletized load with forks using booms from places unreachable for a conventional forklift. The limitations of the telehandler is that the telehandler can only lift palletized load because there are no hooks.
In the patent for telehandler crane apparatus-US20050016946A1, the prior art relates to a mobile crane apparatus adaptable for use as a crane and as a telehandler, and an associated method. The telehandler crane includes a telehandler frame, an outrigger assembly engaged with the telehandler frame, a rotating assembly engaged with the telehandler frame adapted for rotating 360 degrees, and a boom engaged with the rotating assembly such that the boom can be rotated 360 by the rotating assembly. Further, the disclosed telehandler apparatus may be operated remotely by the operator using a remote docking base.
Therefore, the pick and carry crane with improved mechanism is required to overcome the aforesaid limitations.

OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
An object of the present invention is to provide a pick and carry crane with self-compensated forks, providing an improved operational workability and better stability during load/pallets handling operation.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a pick and carry crane that can lift the loads with self-compensated forks and as well as with hooks/snatch block.
Yet another object of the present invention is to provide a pick and carry crane that can carry the palletized load in any direction on the desired location.
Yet another object of the present invention is to provide a pick and carry crane that is simple in design, cost effective and saves time.
Other objects and advantages of the present invention will become apparent from the following description taken in connection with the accompanying drawings, illustrations and examples to disclose the aspects of the present invention.

SUMMARY
The present invention is directed to a pick and carry crane, the pick and carry crane comprising: a front body coupled to a rear body; a boom assembly operably coupled with a lower compensation cylinder; a fork set mounted on a conjunction member connected through an elongated member, operably coupled with a upper compensation cylinder; a plurality of hook connected with a snatch block/hook block; a control valve installed in a driver cabin, driven by an operator.
The operator pushes the lever to luff the boom assembly, the lower compensation cylinder connected to the boom assembly also opens and consequently the upper compensation cylinder closes. The lower compensation cylinder is connected to the boom assembly so that with raising or lowering boom, the lower compensation cylinder and the upper compensation cylinders also open and close respectively. The lower compensation cylinder is hydraulically connected to upper compensation cylinder through hydraulic hoses.
The opening of lower compensation cylinder and closing of upper compensation cylinder maintains the fork assembly in horizontal alignment. During lowering of the boom, the lower compensation cylinder is closing and opening of upper compensation cylinder maintains the fork assembly in horizontal alignment.
[015] The lower compensation cylinder is operably coupled to the boom assembly.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS
