Abstract: The present invention relates to the portable cabinet along with housing for temperature sensitive and perishable products, wherein the said cabinet comprises of a body (3) equipped with a set of mortis (1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4, 1.5, 1.6, 1.7 and 1.8) and tenon (2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 2.4, 2.5, 2.6, 2.7 and 2.8) joints, a pair of wheels (4), a set of latches (5.1, 5.2, 5.3 and 5.4), a pair of male guides (6.1 and 6.2), a pair of female guide (7.1 and 7.2), a cover (8) with a LED light, a handle (17) and a refrigeration unit along with a swappable rechargeable battery. The said cabinet is housed in a cage (9) consisting of a top frame (10), a set of hooks (11.1, 11.2, 11.3 and 11.4), a set of stretchers (12) consisting of locks (14), retaining bars (15) and a set of wheels (13) for easy mobility.

Description:[FIELD OF INVENTION]
The present invention relates to the field of bio-mechanical engineering, more particularly to the field of storage and transport of temperature sensitive and perishable products.

[BACKGROUND AND PRIOR ART]
Temperature sensitive and perishable products like fruit and vegetables, dairy products, meat, fish, flowers, plants, frozen foods, sweets, alcohol, pharmaceuticals etc. require careful handling and proper storage in a regulated environment, especially when they need to be transported over long distances in a harsh environment.
Further, medical teams during disasters face difficulty in safe and easy transportation of the medical supplies. Medical supplies specifically medicines and vials need to be maintained on a constant temperature till the time they are administered to the patient. During disasters and times of emergency, many times a large quantity of medicines get damaged or wasted because of the lack of proper storage functionalities.
Although there have been attempts in the past to overcome the said problems, but none of the available prior art has been able to completely eliminate the said issue.
Prior art US2663157 relates to a Portable Ice Chest for storing Foods and the likes. The said prior art discloses portable ice chest having an insulated bottom, insulated ends and insulated sides. An insulated cover is hingedly connected along one longitudinal edge of the rear side. A pair of elongated hinge pintles are fixed to the rear side adjacent the top thereof and are adapted to receive the sleeve members which are fixed to the top cover at the rear longitudinal edge. The sleeves are slidably received on the pintles. Both pintles extend in the same direction to permit longitudinal shifting of the sleeves and facilitate removal of the top cover.
Another prior art US7861552B1 relates to an Insulated Food carrier and Organizer which discloses an insulated carrier having an interior lip for Supporting a planar organizer having a plurality of spaced apart apertures for receiving user provided containers and organizer aperture covers for covering said containers. The carrier having a lid for covering said carrier and having segregated storage compartments for utilitarian use, such as cutlery storage. The storage compartments having a latch door providing access therein.
Yet another prior art US20090158770A1 relates to a Portable cooler with powered cooling system wherein preferred embodiments include wheels large and flexible enough for rolling over sand, grass and other uneven surfaces, and handles for carrying and/or pulling. Pulling handles can include an extension that can be rigid or flexible and can be retractable. Power sources include rechargeable and/or exchangeable batteries, and/or a solar panel. Accessories in preferred embodiments include a power outlet for a cellular telephone, a power outlet for an iPod, a docking station for an iPod, an AC electrical outlet, a radio, a CD player, a tape player, an MP3 player, a television, audio headset outlets, and one or more audio speakers. In preferred embodiments, some or all of the power source, the cooling system, and the accessories are protected from water and/or sand. Some embodiments include a beverage holder, and in some of these embodiments the beverage holder is cooled.
Another prior art US8353167B2 discloses Solar Powered Refrigerated container comprising of a body with a cavity; a lid sealable thereon; a detachable solar panel producing electric power; a thermoelectric cooling unit; an interior heat sink secured in the cavity proximate to an interior side of the thermoelectric cooling unit with an interior fan to direct cavity air thereon; an exterior heat sink secured proximate to an exterior-facing side of the thermoelectric cooling unit with an exterior fan to direct exterior air thereon.
None of the above stated prior arts have an answer to the following problems:
a. Reducing efforts of transportation while transporting large number of containers.
b. Providing adequate environment specifically for the storage of temperature sensitive and perishable products.
c. Providing a completely germ and infection free environment for the storage of the perishable supplies.
d. Providing adequate durable boxes which could withstand harsh outside environment condition without compromising on their integrity.
e. Aiding in setting up of camp and portable mobile hospital for immediate medical administration.
f. Providing adequate Ingress protection for the boxes to make them completely dust as well as water resistant.
g. Providing a portable cabinet to store multiple containers at one place for easy storage and transportation.
Thus, there is a requirement of a better solution.

[OBJECT OF THE INVENTION]
The primary object of the invention is to provide a means of storage and transport of temperature sensitive and perishable products
Yet another object of the present invention is to provide a durable box which could withstand harsh environment as well as operating conditions without compromising over its functioning as well as integrity.
Another object of the present invention is to aid in administering medicinal aid in disaster or emergency affected areas or rural or underdeveloped areas.
Another object of the present invention is to enable establishment of mobile hospitals for serving rural and underdeveloped areas.

[SUMMARY OF INVENTION]
The present invention relates to the field of bio-mechanical engineering more particularly to solve the issues related to storage and transportation of perishable and temperature sensitive products. This objective of the present invention is achieved by including an insulated and water and dust resistant container having refrigeration capabilities and arranged in a portable cabinet having transportable capabilities.

[DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS]
Discussed below are some representative embodiments of the present invention. The invention in its broader aspect is not limited to the specific details and representative methods. The illustrative examples are described in this section in connection with the embodiments and methods provided. The invention according to its various aspect is particularly pointed out and distinctly claimed in the appended claims read in view of this specification and appropriate equivalents.
Referring to accompanying figure 1 and figure 2 the present invention comprises of a body (3) further comprising of a pair of wheels (4), handle (17), set of latches (5.1, 5.2, 5.3 and 5.4), a pair of male guides (6.1 and 6.2), a pair of female guide (7.1 and 7.2) and a cover (8). The body (3) of the present invention further comprises of a set of mortis and tenon joints to lock the body (3) of one box with the body (3) of the another.
The present invention further comprises of a housing comprising of a cage (9), a top frame (10), a set of hooks (11.1, 11.2, 11.3 and 11.4), stretchers (12) and a set of wheels (13).
The body(3) is constructed of lightweight and durable material like FRP, GRP, carbon fiber or Plastic material. The body (3) consists of tenons (1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4, 1.5, 1.6, 1.7 and 1.8) and mortise (2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 2.4, 2.5, 2.6, 2.7 and 2.8).
The body (3) of the present invention is equipped with a cover (8) which further comprises of a set of latches (5.1, 5.2, 5.3 and 5.4) which binds the body (3) at point E, point F, Point G and Point H with cover (8) at point A, point B, Point C and Point D respectively. The cover (8) also contains a handle (17) and a pair of rotatable female guides (7.1 and 7.2).
In one of the embodiments of the present invention, the tenons (1.1, 1.2, 1.3 and 1.4) of one body (3) get locked in the mortise (2.1, 2.2, 2.3 and 2.4) of another body (3) and in similar fashion tenons (1.5, 1.6, 1.7 and 1.8) get locked in mortise (2.5, 2.6, 2.7 and 2.8) thus providing interlocking capabilities with the neighbouring containers.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the containers of the present invention are arranged in stack form for easy transportation. In this position the female guides (7.1 and 7.2) get coupled with the pair of male guides (6.1 and 6.2) of the body (3) thus locking one container with the another in a stack position.
In closed position interaction between body (3) and the cover (8) is complimented with insulating material more preferably a latex based material thereby providing vacuum insulation from the dust and foreign particles. The present invention is further made ingress protected with IP 54 rating thus providing water and dust resistant. In one of the embodiments the IP 54 rating can be achieved by installing EPDM gasket and sikka glue.
The cover (8) and the body (3) are constructed as a double walled embodiment. The space between the two walls of the body (3) and the cover (8) is filled with insulating material like glass wool, cello foam and puff panel material thereby creating a thermal insulation, thus maintaining the temperature inside the present invention for approximately 10 hrs. At the same time inclusion of the polymer material like FRP, GRP and plastic in constructing the present invention makes it extremely light weight and easy to carry. In one of the embodiments of the present invention, the present invention is equipped with a refrigerating unit with a small swappable Li-ion battery and a LED light thereby maintaining a constant temperature for even more than 10 hrs.
In one of the embodiment the present invention is ingress protected with IP68 rating thus providing water resistant to a maximum depth of 1.5 meters for up to 30 minutes.

Referring to Figure 4 and Figure 5: The containers of the present invention are arranged in a cage (9) comprising of a top frame (10), a set of hooks (11.1, 11.2, 11.3 and 11.4), stretchers (12) and a set of wheels (13).
The hooks (11.1, 11.2, 11.3 and 11.4) of the cage (9) are used to air – lift the present invention. The cage (9) is further equipped with stabilization bar (16) to ensure structural stability. The stretchers (12) further consists of locks (14) and retaining bars (15). The locks (14) gets locked into stabilization bar (16) to prevent accidental sliding. During operation the top frame (10) of the cage (9) acts as a table top during hours of need to cater the affected people. The top frame (10) is made up of aluminium sheet with square tube sections thereby providing greater strength. The stretchers (12) are arranged in the cage (9) as a slider mechanism which during times of need can double up to take patients to the medical attendant.
The wheels (13) installed in cage (9) imparts capabilities for easy sliding of the present invention. The wheels (13) are equipped with lock mechanism to prevent the cage (9) from sliding during operations. , Claims:1. A portable cabinet for temperature sensitive and perishable products, wherein the said cabinet comprises of
a. a body (3) further comprising of a set of mortis (1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4, 1.5, 1.6, 1.7 and 1.8) and tenon (2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 2.4, 2.5, 2.6, 2.7 and 2.8) joints to lock the body (3) of one cabinet with the body (3) of the another;
b. a plurality of wheels (4);
c. a set of latches (5.1, 5.2, 5.3 and 5.4);
d. a pair of male guides (6.1 and 6.2);
e. a pair of female guide (7.1 and 7.2);
f. a cover (8) equipped with a LED light, a handle (17);
g. a refrigeration unit along with a swappable rechargeable battery;
wherein,
the body (3) equipped with cover (8) are ingress protected using EPDM gasket to ensure sanitized environment within the said cabinet; and
the body (3) equipped with cover (8) are thermally insulated to ensure resistance from the outside temperature.

2. The cabinet of claim 1, wherein the refrigeration unit ensures temperature maintenance inside the cabinet.

3. The cabinet of claim 1, wherein the pair of male guides (6.1 and 6.2) of one cabinet gets coupled with the pair of female guide (7.1 and 7.2) of another cabinet.

4. The cabinet of claim 1, wherein the tenons (1.1, 1.2, 1.3 and 1.4) of one body (3) get locked in the mortise (2.1, 2.2, 2.3 and 2.4) of another body (3).

5. The cabinet of claim 1, wherein the tenons (1.5, 1.6, 1.7 and 1.8) of one body (3) get locked in the mortise (2.5, 2.6, 2.7 and 2.8) another body (3).

6. A housing comprising of
a. a cage (9) equipped with a plurality of stabilization bar (16) to ensure structural stability;
b. a top frame (10);
c. a set of hooks (11.1, 11.2, 11.3 and 11.4) to facilitate air-lifting;
d. a set of stretchers (12) consisting of locks (14), retaining bars (15); and
e. a set of wheels (13) equipped with a lock mechanism to facilitate surface portability of the housing;
wherein,
the stretchers (12) gets locked with the stabilization bar (16) using locks (14) to prevent accidental sliding.

7. The cabinet of claim 1 locks into the housing of claim 2 through lock (14), retaining bars (15), and stabilizing bars (16), thus becoming a single unit.

8. The housing of claim 2, wherein the size of the said housing can be modified by changing the number of cabinets of claim 1.

9. The top frame (10) of claim 2 converts as a table top in times of emergency.

10. The stretcher (12) of claim 2 can be used to lift patients in times of emergency.
