A Portable Device For Generating Low Pressure Steam
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a portable device (100) for generating low-pressure steam. The portable device comprises a vertical shell housing (102), a float level switch assembly (120), a heating element (122), a temperature sensor (152), a pressure sensor (154), and a control unit (150). The control unit (150) is further configured to open a first solenoid valve upon determining the received water level indication is lower than the threshold water level value to inflow the water until the indication of water level equals to the threshold water level value. Thereafter, the control unit starts the heating element to transmit heat to the water within the vertical shell. In another embodiment, the control unit is configured to release the lowpressure steam through the steam-release port by means of opening a second solenoid valve of the second set of valves once the pressure sensor determines a threshold pressure level value.
