PGSG PRODUCTS PRIVATE LIMITED, a company incorporated under the laws of India, having an address at A10/43A, PRAHLAD GHAT, BANARAS, VARANASI, UTTAR PRADESH, PINCODE – 221001, INDIA

The following specification particularly describes the invention and the manner in which it is to be performed.
FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a portable mosquito net, more particularly, to a portable mosquito net comprising a mosquito net mesh having an elastic opening to facilitate easy movement of a person, and a locking device to secure a flexible rod and provide stability to the structure.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Mosquito nets are used to protect the sleeping person from mosquito bites and other insects. The assembly of mosquito nets generally available is quite cumbersome and time taking. Additionally, moving in/out of the mosquito net is tedious and the person has to take utmost care to prevent mosquitoes/insects to come inside.

To overcome this difficulty, mosquito nets have zipper were designed to facilitate easy movement of the person inside or outside of the mosquito net. However, these mosquito nets still have issues related to the swift movement of the person.

Therefore, the object of the present invention is to solve one or more of the aforementioned issues.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

A portable mosquito net is described. The portable mosquito net, comprises a mosquito net mesh comprising securing opening at the four ends of the mosquito net mesh, a flexible rod adapted to be inserted in the securing opening of the mosquito net mesh to form a canopy structure, and a four (4) locking device, connected to the mosquito net mesh, adapted to secure the flexible rod, wherein the mosquito net mesh has at least one elastic opening for the movement of a person inside and/or outside of the mosquito net mesh.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS
Reference will be made to embodiments of the invention, example of which may be illustrated in the accompanying figure(s). These figure(s) are intended to be illustrative, not limiting. Although the invention is generally described in the context of these embodiments, it should be understood that it is not intended to limit the scope of the invention to these particular embodiments.

Figure 1 shows a portable mosquito net according to an embodiment of the present invention; and

Figure 2 shows a top view of a portable mosquito net according to an embodiment of the present invention.
.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

A portable mosquito net is described. The portable mosquito net, comprises a mosquito net mesh comprising securing opening at the four ends of the mosquito net mesh, a flexible rod adapted to be inserted in the securing opening of the mosquito net mesh to form a canopy structure, and a four locking device, connected to the mosquito net mesh, adapted to secure the flexible rod, wherein the mosquito net mesh has at least one elastic opening for the movement of a person inside and/or outside of the mosquito net mesh.

The securing opening of the mosquito net mesh forms an intersection at the top for stabilizing the canopy structure formed by the insertion of the flexible rod.

The elastic opening extends to one side of the portable mosquito net, wherein the elastic opening may be lifted up which facilitates swift movement of the person inside and/or outside of the mosquito net mesh. The elastic opening retains its original shape and forms a complete closure of the mosquito net mesh after being stretched and/or compressed. Advantageously, another elastic opening(s) may be provided to other sides of the portable mosquito net.

The first locking device comprises a top section for securing the flexible rod and the bottom section, and the second locking device comprises a top section for securing the flexible rod and the bottom section, wherein the bottom section of the first locking device is adapted to secure the bottom section of the second locking device.

Similarly, third locking device comprises a top section for securing the flexible rod and the bottom section, and the fourth locking device comprises a top section for securing the flexible rod and the bottom section, wherein the bottom section of the third locking device is adapted to secure the bottom section of the fourth locking device. Advantageously, the four locking device can interchangeably be connected to four corners of the mosquito net mesh.

The subject matter is now described with reference to the drawings, wherein like reference numerals are used to refer to like elements throughout. In the following description, for purpose of explanation, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the claimed subject matter. It may be evident, however, that the claimed subject matter can be practiced without these specific details. In other instances, well-known structures are shown in diagram form in order to facilitate describing the invention.

Referring to Figure 1, a portable mosquito net (100) is shown. As shown in Figure 1, the portable mosquito net (100) comprises a mosquito net mesh (110) comprising securing opening (120, 121, 122, 123) at the four ends of the mosquito net mesh (110), a flexible rod (150, 160) adapted to be inserted in the securing opening (120, 121, 122, 123) of the mosquito net mesh (110) to form a canopy structure, and a four (4) locking device (130, 140), connected to the mosquito net mesh (110), adapted to secure the flexible rod (150, 160), wherein the mosquito net mesh (110) has at least one elastic opening (170) for the movement of a person inside or outside of the mosquito net mesh (110).

The four locking device are connected at the four ends of the securing opening (120, 121, 122, 123) of the mosquito net mesh (110). The two locking device (130, 140) are shown in Figure 1.

As shown in Figure 1, the elastic opening (170) extends to one side of the portable mosquito net (100), wherein the elastic opening (170) may be lifted up which facilitates swift movement of the person inside and/or outside of the mosquito net mesh (110). The elastic opening (170) retains its original shape and forms a complete closure of the mosquito net mesh (110) after being stretched and/or compressed.

As shown in Figure 1, the first locking device (130) comprises a top section (132) for securing the flexible rod (150) and the bottom section (133).

As shown in Figure 1, the second locking device (140) comprises a top section (142) for securing the flexible rod (160) and the bottom section (143).

As shown in Figure 1, the enlarged section (180) shows the bottom section (133) of the first locking device (130) is adapted to secure the bottom section (143) of the second locking device (140).

Similarly, third locking device (not shown) comprises a top section for securing the flexible rod (160) and the bottom section, and the fourth locking device (not shown) comprises a top section for securing the flexible rod (150) and the bottom section, wherein the bottom section of the third locking device (not shown) is adapted to secure the bottom section of the fourth locking device (not shown). Advantageously, the four locking device can interchangeably be connected to four corners of the mosquito net mesh (110).

Referring to Figure 2, a top view (200) of a portable mosquito net is shown. As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the securing opening (120, 121, 122, 123) of the mosquito net mesh (110) forms an intersection (210) at the top for stabilizing the canopy structure formed by the insertion of the flexible rod (150, 160).
