Abstract: The invention concerns a power transmission pulley comprising a pulley element (200) having a ribbed outer contour (201) which is adapted to receive a ribbed belt, and an elastic element (206) interposed between the pulley element (200) and a receiving device (203) designed to be coupled to a member driven by the belt. It comprises a free-wheel device (204) arranged in series with the elastic element (206) between the pulley element (200) and said receiving device (203).
