Abstract: ABSTRACT A PRIMER COMPOSITION, AN ELECTRODE AND PREPARATIONS THEREOF The present disclosure provides a primer composition comprising: an amorphous conductive carbon; a crystalline conductive carbon; and a siloxane binder, wherein 5 the siloxane binder is in a weight range of 15 to 25% with respect to total weight of the primer composition. The weight ratio of the amorphous conductive carbon and crystalline conductive carbon is in a range of 2:1 to 4:1.
