Specification

The present invention relates to a process for preparing a composition for manufacturing tyro belts for rims of vehicles and the composition thereof.
The composition available in the market is made from very costly materials and through a cumbersome process and lacks in the quality of good grip, sticking and sometimes even cracking.
The present invention overcomes all the drawbacks in the available composition. Statement of Invention
The process to manufacture the tyro involves the following steps:-
1. Taking khaira 5.5 to 6.5 Kg
2. Mixing them with Glycol 20 litres and Glycerin 20 litres in vessel and
sterling them to obtain the homogeneous solution. To this
homogenous solution, pigment 400 of red colour and 100 gms of green
colour is added to it. The homogenous mixture is allowed to maturise
for one day.
Step 2
Taking Methyl Salislate 123 to 126 gms and citronillaoil 125 gms, pine oil 750 gms and mixing them and sterling them continuously to obtain solution 2. The first solution is mixed to the second solution and sterling it and leaving it to mature for 3 to 4 days.
Step 3
Taking 2 kg of Devadar Chain and mixing it with 1 kg of farmaldehyde and making a third solution.

This is added first to the step 2 solution and to this is added Gavar Gum 1 kg, Glycol 1 kg and allow it after mixing it thoroughly to mature for 2-3 days.
Step 4
Making a mixture of 1 to 1.5 kg resin, 1.5 to 2 kg Sodium Benzoate and 2 to 2.5 kg rubber solution and 2 to 2.5
The composition of the different ingredients used in the manufacturing of tyro are

which yields into commercial, viable and study product.
According to the present invention, the process for making a tyro-belt for rims of vehicles comprises
(a) Dissolving Khaira, Babul and Katira in the proportion of 3:1:1.5 to 4:1:2 in
the water, stirring it rigorously, thus obtaining a solution without hardness
of water.
(b) After rigorous mixing for 1.8 hrs to 3 hrs adding Glycol abd Glycerin in an
amount of 15 to 25 litres.
(c) Adding pigment 400 to 600 gm and allowing it to maturize for at leasr 24
hours
(d) Making a mixture of methyl salisilate 100-150 gm, Citronilla oil 120-140
gm and pine oil 700-850 gm
(e) Adding the mixture step (d) to the matured solution prepared at step (c).
(f) Allowing the solution to mature for 3 to 4 days
(g) Taking 2 to 3 kg devdar churan and 1 to 1.5 kg of formaldehyde and
mixing them thoroughly.
(h) Adding the solution of step (a) to the matured solution of step (g) and allowing the said mixture to mature for 2-3 days.

(i) making a mixture of 1-1.5 kg resin, 1.5 to 2 kg sodium benzoate, 2 to 2.5 kg rubber solution and 2 to 2.5 kg Copper sulphate and allowing it to mature for 2-3 days.
(j) Making the solution of step (i) with the solution of step (h).and allowing it to mature for 2-3 days to obtain the required tyro belt solution.
According to another embodiment of the invention the Glycol and Glycerin are taken in equal ratio.
According to another embodiment of the invention the Methyl Salsilate & Citronilla oil are taken in the same proportion whereas the proportion of pine oil is at least six to seven times than the proportion of the methyl salisilate.
According to another embodiment of the invention the rubber, castor oil and copper sulphate are taken in the same proportion.
According to another emodiment of the invention a tyro solution for tyro belts for the rims of vehicles comprises the following
According to the present invention the tyro solution from which the tyro rims are made comprises the following:-
