Abstract: The pharmaceutical composition in the form of a stable oil-in-water microemulsion prepared in accordance process of the invention consists essentially of water-insoluble pharmaceutically active material; C8 to C20 propylene glycol esters of fatty acids of vegetable oils and glyceryl esters of fatty acids or fatty acid vegetable oil glycerides; surfactant; and a hydrophilic phase.
