A Process For The Preparation Of Nanosized Metal Phosphate Particles

This invention relates to a process for the preparation of nanosized metal phosphate particles comprising mixing required amount of pure metal phosphate with nitric acid, fuel and minor amount of polyvinyl alcohol in aqueous medium to obtain a homogenous mixture; drying or spray drying the said homogenous mixture by simple evaporation to obtain fluffy carbonaceious mass; calcinating the said carbonaceous mass at a suitable temperature depending on the chemical nature of the system to produce the dried nanosized particles.
