A Process Of Manufacturing Transfer And/Or Lacquerable Decals/Labels comprising the following steps : -(a) coating a sacrifice film such as polyester film with release material by conventional method;(b) the said film with release coating is coated with film forming resin having flow modifier and ultraviolet stabilisers on the release coated side by conventional methods;(c) thereafter the said release coated & resin coated film is also printed using different inks to get different colours as well as writings, device, logo as required;(d) the above referred coating and printing are carried out with intermittent means like (i) air (ii) oven (iii) drying and (iv) curing after each step;(e) the printed side of the said film is affixed on the high grab adhesive contained with the release liner and then cut to pre-determined design, to get the final device/ label having desired features.
