FIELD OF INVENTION- The present invention relates to a gateway system to provide a method to find out the missing or theft vehicle, mobile as well as its accessories .Further the system comprises a module adapted to access data regarding details of the missing or theft vehicle, mobile as well as its accessories.
BACK GROUND OF INVENTION-
US 5, 418, 537 discloses the Global Positioning System (hereinafter, referred to as GPS) for detecting the present position of a missing vehicle. GPS receives GPS signals which are transmitted from two or more GPS satellites. The apparatus includes a paging responder which responds to a paging signal transmitted from a vehicle location service center. The paging responder causes a controller/modem to interrogate a GPS receiver/processor to determine the present location of the vehicle. The controller/modem then causes a cellular telephone to notify the vehicle location service center of the present location of the missing vehicle, so that the vehicle can be recovered.
JP10115627 discloses vehicle speed which is detected by detecting a change in a magnetic field generated from a vehicle speed pulse generation source attached to the tire or its vicinity or a steel belt included in the tire. A magnetic field detection type vehicle speed sensor that generates a pulse has also been developed. According to this type of sensor, it is possible to relatively easily generate a vehicle speed pulse even in an arbitrary vehicle including an external vehicle having no or unknown vehicle speed pulse generation source.
US9669842B2 discloses control apparatus is used in a vehicle that performs automatic travel control. The apparatus includes a search section which searches for an external unit, when information used for the automatic travel control is no longer available due to abnormality, the external unit providing assist information for complementing missing information that is the information no longer available due to the abnormality, an acquisition section which acquires the assist information from the external unit obtained as a result of the search of the search section, and a processing section which performs a process for performing assist travel control, which is the automatic travel control as a result of complementing the missing information with the assist information.
US20210293922A1 provides, an in-vehicle apparatus comprising: a detector that detects a position of a target around a self-vehicle using a radio wave; and one or more processors that: estimate a position of the target without using the detector; and decide a correction value for correcting a detection result of the detector based on a deviation between the detected position of the target by the detector and the estimated position of the target.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
Accordingly the present invention depicts a gateway system to provide a method to find out the missing or theft vehicle, mobile as well as its accessories with the help of public and the law and enforcement agency. Further the system comprises a module adapted to access data regarding details of the missing or theft vehicle, mobile, device, goods as well as its accessories with the help of application programming interface (APIS) of UIDAI, M-Parivahan and IMEI. The instant invention also provides a system to check the information details as well as the FIR details of the missing or theft vehicle, mobile, goods and its accessories by any registered user with the required inputs. Further the instant invention provides a communication system configured to confirm the identity of the missing vehicle based on a vehicle identifier. In addition to that the present invention further provides a system to search/check the details of missing or theft vehicle, mobile, device, goods as well as its accessories by using QR code scan in addition to its manual search. Further the present invention provides a module to find lost details as uploaded by law and enforcement agencies.
OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION
The present invention has been developed in response to the present state of the art, and in particular, in response to the problems and needs in the art that have not yet been fully solved by currently available techniques and processes.
Accordingly, the present invention has an object to provide a gateway system to provide a method to find out the missing or theft vehicle, mobile as well as its accessories with the help of public and the law and enforcement agency comprises the steps of registration and creation of ID by any persons or a social worker or by police station or by an authorized agent.
It is another object of the present invention to provide a communication system configured to confirm the identity of the missing or theft vehicle, mobile, goods as well as its accessories with the help of application programming interface (APIS) of UIDAI, M-Parivahan and IMEI.
It is yet another object of the present invention to provide a method to find out the missing or theft vehicle, mobile as well as its accessories, wherein the information regarding the missing/theft vehicle and mobile , to the social workers of the different district is done through by sending the link to their registered mobile number and once the missing or theft vehicle are found out by any person or the registered user , He/she can provide information to the registered mobile number of the family members or police station by making a call or message or send photo/video to that number.
In addition to that, another objective the present invention is to provide a system to search/check the details of missing or theft vehicle, mobile as well as its accessories by using QR code scan in addition to its manual search.
Further, another objective of the present invention is to provide a module to find lost details as uploaded by law and enforcement agencies.

The term “vehicle” is a machine that transports people or cargo. Vehicles include wagons, bicycles, motor vehicles, railed vehicles, watercraft, amphibious vehicles, aircraft and spacecraft.
The given invention developed a gateway system to provide a method to find out the missing or theft vehicle, mobile as well as its accessories with the help of public and the law and enforcement agency. Further the system comprises a module adapted to access data regarding details of the missing or theft vehicle, mobile as well as its accessories. The instant invention also provides a system to check the detail information as well as the FIR details of the missing or theft vehicle, mobile as well as its accessories by any registered user with the required inputs. Further the instant invention provides a communication system configured to confirm the identity of the missing vehicle based on a vehicle identifier.
Further given invention developed an efficient system to provide a method to find out the missing or theft vehicle, mobile as well as its accessories comprising: a web site for making the user profiles of the interested persons, who are seeking to find the missing or theft vehicle, mobile as well as its accessories details; a user interface which consist of enrolling means, account creation means, otp generation means, recording means; an uploading means adapted to receive the details from said user interface and further adapted to upload the details to the database; a data storing means which includes the profile data into different verticals like gender, location, date of birth, address, registered mobile number ; a communication means adapted to receive the 'communication of interest' from the viewers in relation to said enquiry; a transferring means adapted to send the sorted 'communication of interest' to the interested user.
The embodiment of the present invention, Figure 1 discloses a gateway system to find out the missing or theft vehicle, mobile, goods as well as its accessories. Further, the gateway module characterized in that, includes i. Registration Module: wherein the registration and creation of ID by the concern persons or by police station or by commercial firm is done by providing theirs details ii. Log-in module: wherein the entry of the login details of a registered user is initiated, iii.uploading Module: wherein the uploading of the missing/theft vehicle, mobile, goods as well as its accessories details is done by the registered user, IV. Verification and communication Module: wherein the checking, cross checking and updating of the missing or theft vehicle, mobile, goods as well as its accessories details are initiated
Further in this system the registration is completed after the submission of the otp received on the registered mobile number and creating a password, wherein its own aadhar number becomes the user id.
In addition to above embodiment, in the present invention, Figure 2(a) 2(b) and 2(c), depicts about the flow diagram of making the user Id by Any person, Police thana and commercial firms respectively, wherein fig 2(a) discloses the generation of user Id by any interested person by providing the details like adhaar number and its registered mobile number which is verified through its UIDAI API after providing the otp. Thereafter the sytem will generate the user id of that person along with its adhar details; the login id is successfully created once the user submitting its email id with the received otp.
Similarly the fig 2(b) discloses the process of the generation of user Id by police thana after providing the details state, district, thana name and thana CUG mobile no (SHO no) with otp verification. Thereafter the sytem will generate the user id of that police thana along with its CUG details, the login id is successfully created once the user submitting its email id with the received otp.
Similar process is followed by the commercial firm as described in fig 2(c) in order to generate its login id, here the commercial firm has to provide the GSTIN details of his firm along with the email id and mobile number of the firm with otp verification in order to successful creation of its account.
In another embodiment the present invention, Figure 3 discloses the schematic diagram of making the login by the registered user (any person, police station (thana) & commercial firms) by providing user id and registered mobile number, here the registered user have the options of providing an alternative mobile number for its in order to make successfully login.
In another embodiment the present invention, Figure 4(a) discloses the process of uploading the vehicle information’s details by the registered user by providing details like vehicle type, vehicle owner name, vehicle registration number, which gets automatically verified through the API of m-parivahan and once match its will shows the details of the vehicle like registration date, chassis number, engine number, company name of the vehicle, model number and name, address of the owner. Thereafter the registered user has to upload his photo for face match, fingerprints and pics of the vehicle along with the documents and mobile number for communication. The uploading of the vehicle’s details is completed only after the payment, which is done either through online mode or through QR code; here the registered user is having option to make his entire details gets publically available either by choosing active mode or inactive mode.
In other embodiment the present invention, Figure 4(b) discloses the process of uploading the mobile/device information’s details by the registered user by providing details like device type, IMEI no, which gets automatically verified through the API of IMEI and once match, it will shows the details of the device like device, IMEI number, brand & model no. Thereafter the registered user has to upload his photo for face match, fingerprints and pics of the device along with the documents and mobile number for communication. The uploading of the device details is completed only after the payment, which is done either through online mode or through QR code; here the registered user is having option to make his entire details gets publically available either by choosing active mode or inactive mode.
In addition to above , in another embodiment Figure 5 discloses the process of uploading the goods & its accessories information’s details by the registered user by providing details like goods type, brand no, model no & unique id number. Thereafter the registered user has to upload his photo for face match, fingerprints and pics of the goods & its accessories along with the documents and mobile number for communication. The uploading of the goods & its accessories details is completed only after the payment, which is done either through online mode or through QR code; here the registered user is having option to make his entire details gets publically available either by choosing active mode or inactive mode.
In another embodiment, Figure 6(a) discloses about the process of uploading the missing/theft vehicle details by a registered user by selecting the theft/missing vehicle type and vehicle number, which once get checked in the database and once match its will shows the details of the vehicle like registration date, chassis number, engine number, company name of the vehicle, model number and name, address of the owner. Thereafter the registered user has to upload the theft/missing complaint documents details like FIR number, date, police station and district where the FIR is lodge along with contact number of maximum 3 people and message for future communication. The uploading of the vehicle’s details & generation of a application number having a link for share in the social media is completed only after the payment, which is done either through online mode or through QR code; here the registered user is having option to make announcement for any reward in the above process.

In another embodiment of the present invention, Figure 11 discloses the process of uploading the lost and found details of vehicle, device, Goods & its accessories by the police thana, here the law and enforcement agency has to provide his login id in order to upload the lost and found details, thereafter the agency has to choose whether he has upload details of vehicle or device or Goods & its accessories, once the details of the above lost and founds are submitted than it will match/verified with the API of m-parivahan for vehicle , API of IMEI for device, which will automatically provide the information’s details of the vehicle or device or Goods & its accessories. If the APIs failed to shows the information details than the agency has to fill the lost & found information’s details of the vehicle or device or Goods & its accessories manually along with the supporting documents and contact number with requisite message for the communication.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the instant invention discloses A QR code enabled gateway module to find out the missing or theft vehicle, mobile, device and goods as well as its accessories characterized in that, includes

In addition to the above embodiment of the present invention discloses gateway module to find out the missing or theft vehicle, mobile as well as its accessories, where in the uploading of the missing/theft vehicle details is done through the registered user by providing the details like vehicle type, vehicle owner name, registration number, registration date, chassis number, engine number, company name of the vehicle, model number and colour of the vehicle.
Further in another embodiment, the instant invention discloses the QR code enabled gateway module to find out the missing or theft vehicle, mobile, device and goods as well as its accessories, where in the uploading of the missing/theft vehicle details, mobile, device as well as its accessories is done through the QR code scanner.
Further in another embodiment the QR code enabled gateway module to find out the missing or theft vehicle, mobile, device and goods as well as its accessories , where in the law and enforcement agency(police thana) have option to upload the lost and found details of vehicle, device, Goods & its accessories
In addition to the above embodiment of the present invention disclose the QR code enabled gateway module to find out the missing or theft vehicle, mobile, device and goods as well as its accessories, where in verification of the missing or theft vehicle, mobile and device are done through API of m-parivahan and API of IMEI respectively, whereas verification of the missing or theft good as well as its accessories are done through the system database.
Further in another embodiment the QR code enabled gateway module to find out the missing or theft vehicle, mobile, device and goods as well as its accessories, wherein the updating the missing or theft vehicle, mobile/device and goods as well as its accessories details are done by the registered user either through manually or QR code Scanner and the registered user have option to share the link of missing application details in the social media.

1. A QR code enabled gateway module to find out the missing or theft vehicle, mobile , device and goods as well as its accessories characterized in that, includes
i. Registration Module, wherein the registration and creation of ID by the concern persons or by police station or by the commercial firm is done after the submission of the otp received on the registered mobile number and creating a password, wherein its own aadhar number becomes the user id,

1. A QR code enabled gateway module to find out the missing or theft vehicle, mobile , device and goods as well as its accessories characterized in that, includes
i. Registration Module, wherein the registration and creation of ID by the concern persons or by police station or by the commercial firm is done after the submission of the otp received on the registered mobile number and creating a password, wherein its own aadhar number becomes the user id,
ii. Log in module, wherein the entry of the login details of a registered user is initiated ,
iii. Uploading Module, wherein the uploading of the missing/theft vehicle, mobile, device as well as its accessories details is done by the registered user either through QR code scanner or manually,
iv. Verification and communication Module, wherein the checking, cross checking and updating of the missing or theft vehicle, mobile, goods as well as its accessories details are initiated after the verification from the APIs of m-parivahan & IMEI.
2. The QR code enabled gateway module to find out the missing or theft vehicle, mobile, device and goods as well as its accessories as claimed in claim1, where in the uploading of the missing/theft vehicle details, mobile, device as well as its accessories is done through the QR code scanner.
3. The QR code enabled gateway module to find out the missing or theft vehicle, mobile, device and goods as well as its accessories as claimed in claim1, where in the law and enforcement agency(police thana) have option to upload the lost and found details of vehicle, device, Goods & its accessories.
4. The QR code enabled gateway module to find out the missing or theft vehicle, mobile, device and goods as well as its accessories as claimed in claim1, where in verification of the missing or theft vehicle, mobile and device are done through API of m-parivahan and API of IMEI respectively.
5. The QR code enabled gateway module to find out the missing or theft vehicle, mobile, device and goods as well as its accessories as claimed in claim1, where in verification of the missing or theft good as well as its accessories are done through the system database.
6. The QR code enabled gateway module to find out the missing or theft vehicle, mobile, device and goods as well as its accessories as claimed in claim1, wherein the updating the missing or theft vehicle, mobile/device and goods as well as its accessories details are done by the registered user either through manually or QR code Scanner .
7. The QR code enabled gateway module to find out the missing or theft vehicle, mobile, device and goods as well as its accessories as claimed in claim1, wherein the registered user have option to share the link of missing application details in the social media.
