A Rear Console Assembly For A Vehicle

Abstract: Disclosed herein provides a rear console assembly (200) for a vehicle, comprising a pair of flange hooks (202a,202b) protruding perpendicularly from lower portions of vertical edges (104a,104b) of a rear console cover (104); wherein each of the flange hooks (202a,202b) is being inserted between a base console (102) and a console bracket (112) and locked therein through positive fasteners. The console bracket (112) is fixed on a floor tunnel parts, wherein the console bracket (112) is formed of a flat base portion with a perpendicularly protruding wall section at each longitudinal end of the flat base portion. Each of the flange hooks (202a,202b) of the console cover (104) is formed with a rectangular oblong hole (206a,206b) which is aligned with corresponding holes (116,118) formed on the wall sections of the base console (102) and the console bracket (112) so as to receive the positive fastener during assembly of the console cover (104).
