, Description:FIELD OF INVENTION:

The invention relates to mixie jar blade assembly.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION:

Mixer grinder is most useful product, which has a superior place in kitchen. Mixer grinder is used for all grinding purposes of vegetables and other foods etc. That operation mainly is carried out by sharp and gleaming blade fixed in the mixer grinder. The vision is that the product shall have a health conscious. Maximum people are not interested in removing out the blade assembly, because of complicated and difficult assembly and disassembly process. So herein the invention introduces a blade assembly, which is actually very easy to remove and assemble in Mixie jar. With this quick removal mechanism the user can clean the jar and take care of it to keep it hygienic and clean.

OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION:

The main object of the invention is to design an integrated blade assembly of a mixer grinder.

The other objection of the invention is to develop a mixer grinder which is not only innovative but this also thoughtfully designed to make cooking easier and healthier.

The other object is to create a mixer grinder with a thought that every homemaker deserves perfectly made kitchen appliances that work as hard as the person cooking to prepare delicious and healthy food for the family.

Hence innovation, quality and service are the core values of this invention. this product is a combination of quality , precision and durability and helps in preparing the tastiest and healthiest food . The invention also promises easy cleaning and hygienic way of usage of a mixer grinder.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION:

The invention relates to a mixer blade assembly which is very easy to lock and unlock into the jar of the mixer. In a conventional system it is difficult to lock and unlock the blade into the jar of the mixer. In this process the locking process is a simple press action of blade and rotation of it in anti-clock wise direction. And the process of unlocking is to plug up the head screw and rotate clock wise. By mere rotation one can easily lock and unlock blade assembly.

Hence in this invention, the blade assembly is optimally designed to provide an improved operation of attaching and detaching the blade assembly into and out of the jar of a mixer. It should be noted that this arrangement is workable with different blade geometry. Typically the blade attachments in conventional mixer consists of 2-3 generally geometrically shaped blades jointed together at a central point with their respective ends oriented in opposite directions. In conventional arrangement the blade assembly has a central hollow post and is loaded onto a rotating shaft which is driven by a motor and then locked with a nut. With this arrangment, the rotating shaft is connected at one end to central hollow post of blade assembly and at its other end it is connected to motor. After the blade arrangement is loaded and locked into the jar, the mixer can be operated. The item to be ground is placed within the jar. The motor is switched on, the motor drives the rotating shaft which in turn moves the blade assembly causing the grinding of food items placed within the jar.

However it is very difficult to operate effectively the attachment and detachment of the blade assembly due to its operation with a removable nut. With this arrangement there is a need to access interiorly into the jar for clutching the nut and turning it around during the attachment in one direction and turning it around during detachment in the opposite direction.

However with this invention, the above problem is resolved. With the arrangment as per invention, there is not only performance enhancement but additionally there is a reduced wear and tear due to its integral structure. Fig.1, Fig. 2(a&b), Fig.3(a-c) illustrate the invention with all of the components marked therein.

The organisation and manner of the design structure and function of the invention allows the traditional mixer grinder function while simultaneously providing improved blade assembly arrangement capability without the need to majorly change or alter the other aspects of the mixer grinder.

In one aspect the mixer grinder is comprising of a base assembly. A motor assembly is disposed within the said base assembly. An output shaft spindle assembly is operatively driven by the said motor assembly at its one end. The shaft extends outwardly from said base assembly terminating at a collared second end. The said output shaft spindle assembly rotatable upon actuation of said motor. A work container jar can be received on the said base assembly. A blade assembly can be removably attached to the output shaft spindle assembly. The said blade assembly has a blade, a spring-biased twist head. The said blade movable between a first sliding cum engaging position and a second lock position upon manual actuation of said spring-biased twist head. It has slider body with a dimensioned recess adapted as a locking tab of the blade assembly. The said output shaft spindle assembly is also adapted to be removably attached at its second end to the said blade assembly. It has a dimensioned protrusion extending beyond its collar, the protrusion adapted as a locking tab for the output shaft spindle assembly. The dimensioned protrusion of output shaft spindle assembly is corresponding to the dimensioned recess of the locking tab of the blade assembly for nesting wholly into the recess of the locking tab of the blade assembly when the blade assembly is in its first engaging position with respect to output shaft spindle assembly. Further the dimensioned length of the recess of the locking tab of the blade assembly is greater than the dimensioned length of the protrusion of the spindle shaft assembly. The said blade assembly is rotatable with respect to the output shaft spindle assembly upon manual actuation of said spring-biased twist head in first direction to move the blade assembly from its first sliding cum engaging position to second lock position with respect to output shaft spindle assembly. The said blade assembly is rotatable and slidable with respect to the output shaft spindle assembly upon manual actuation of said spring biased twist head in second direction to return the blade assembly from its second lock position to first sliding cum engaging position and thereby slidably detach the blade assembly from the output shaft spindle assembly, and the said collared second end of the output shaft shift assembly is a stopper assembly having a dimension larger than the blade shaft assembly.
While the present invention may be susceptible to many embodiments in different forms and structures, one embodiment is herein detailed for the understanding of the invention. But this is not limited by this embodiment. Instead it is envisioned that those skilled in the art may devise various modificaitons and equations without departing from the spirt and scope of the invention and claim.
