Specification

FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention generally relates to led lamp apparatus, more particularly to a rotatable led lamp apparatus providing precise bi-directional rotation and uniform illumination from diffuser.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
LED or Light Emitting Diodes are a type of solid state lighting becoming preferred way of lighting across the globe due to associated advantages of energy efficiency, extended life, cold temperature operation etc. The popularity of LEDs in the lighting market and décor world has led to use of the LED light/bulb in different forms of lamps majorly characterized into linear and non-linear LED lamps.
[003] The demand for LED linear lamps is now huge and continues to grow. The linear architectural lighting and LED technology have broadened the applications of linear fixtures. The lighting industry continues to evolve with improvements in aesthetics and performance, moving away from the old, traditional housings.
[004] However, a problem associated with linear LED lamps is their alignment, even a small rotation/loosing with respect to holder may cause an unsymmetrical look which may poses problem both in terms of aesthetics and illumination. A further problem associated with the LED lamps of the prior arts is of non-uniform illumination. A number of LED lamps with rotation mechanism have been provided in the prior art. However, the lamps of the prior art fail to provide adequate and precise rotation and further also fail to provide uniform illumination.
[005] One such rotatable LED florescent lamp is disclosed in published Chinese utility model no. CN203731284U. However, the rotatable lamp of CN203731284U provides limited rotation, complex assembly and does not address the problem of non-uniform illumination at the edges. Published Chinese utility model no. CN203703842U also disclose a rotation limit mechanism for LED lamps, however the disclosed mechanism is complex to manufacture and use. Also, said Chinese

utility model makes no addressal to the problem of non-uniform illumination at the edges. Another LED lamp is disclosed in the Chinese patent application no. CN103836404, alike the mentioned prior arts the LED lamp of CN103836404 fail to provide uniform illumination at the edges.
[006] Thus, there is a requirement of a LED lamp apparatus which provides precise bi-direction rotation with uniform illumination from diffuser.
OBJECTIVES OF THE INVENTION
[007] The primary objective of the invention is to provide a LED lamp apparatus that adapted to rotate in bi-direction.
[008] Another objective of the invention is to provide a LED lamp apparatus adapted for precise rotation.
[009] Yet another objective of the invention is to provide a LED lamp apparatus with uniform illumination throughout.
[010] Yet another objective of the invention is to provide a LED lamp apparatus that has simple construction, fewer parts and which is convenient to assemble.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[011] The present invention provides a LED lamp apparatus to attain the abovementioned objectives of the invention. In accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a rotatable LED lamp apparatus comprising a housing base comprising a front end and a rear end, a diffuser adapted to be mounted on the front end of said housing base, a lamp holder, and a rotation assembly to rotatably couple the housing base with the lamp holder. In accordance with said embodiment, wherein said rotation assembly comprises of a base arrangement and a pinion.
[012] In accordance with said embodiment, base arrangement comprises of a cavity preferably in center of the rear end of the base housing, a base protrusion extending
