Specification

FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a seat for automotive vehicles. Specifically, the rotational seat for Automotive vehicles, Railways, Aerospace which can move towards the direction of the vehicle.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The conventional seats of Automotive vehicles, Railways, Aerospace are designed in such a way that the seating position of the occupant would be facing opposite to each other without any scope of any rotational adjustment in the seat. Due to this shortcoming, the occupants may suffer motion sickness and discomfort especially the occupants sitting in the opposite direction of the travel during a long journey. According to the ergonomics, many people would like to sit, facing towards the direction of travel as moving backwards can cause motion sickness and discomfort for some of the occupants.
US20190344686A1 US201903446886A1 In accordance with an exemplary embodiment, seating systems for platforms are provided. In one exemplary embodiment, the seating system includes a base component and a rotating component. The base component is fixed in position. The rotating component is configured to rotate between a first position, in which one or more occupants may sit on the seating system; and a second position, in which the rotating component may be readily removed from the seating system, without tools. The base component and the rotating have respective mating components forming one or more engagement systems that hold the rotating component into place when the rotating component is in the first position, and that allow removal of the rotating component when the rotating component is in the second position.
US6981746B2 A rotating car seat mechanism includes a seat base, a sliding plate, a rotating plate, a guiding socket plate, an axle defining an axis of rotation and a cylindrical pivot rod. The sliding plate is placed inside a car, allowing an upper end of the cylindrical pivot rod to be positioned at the exit of the guiding socket, further enabling the rotation out of the car door and sliding the cylindrical pivot rod into the guiding socket. Due to the path defined by the guiding socket customizing the
movement of the cylindrical pivot rod, the rotating plate not only rotates on the axle, but also drives the axle forward. After applying a suitable degree of motion, the rotating plate exceeds out of a narrow space of the car, whereas an opposite amount of motion enables the rotating plate to return to the original point.
US6027170A A seat assembly (11) is described including a seat (12), a support base (14), and an orbital guide assembly (16). The orbital guide assembly includes a first plate (30) connected to the support base, a second plate (32) connected to the seat, and an intermediate low-friction member (34) positioned between the first and second plates. The first plate includes at least two male elements (40), (42), such as guide pins. The second plate includes at least two arcuate female elements (50), (52), such as slots, adapted to engage their respective male elements. During use, the first pin acts as a first pivot point while the second pin translates along its corresponding second arcuate slot. Once the second pin completes its translation, the second pin then acts as a second pivot point while the first pin translates along its corresponding first arcuate slot. Various additional male and female elements may be used, either as stabilizing components or as additional pivot points.
There were many drawbacks in the existing automotive chairs and thus to prevent the problems there is need to design and develop a novel and efficient automotive chairs. Hence the present invention provides a rotational seat for automotive vehicles.
