Abstract: A SAFETY SYSTEM FOR A VEHICLE Embodiments herein disclose a safety system for a vehicle is provided. The safety system comprises a consumable actuation unit including a consumable protection device. The safety system comprises a non-consumable actuation unit including a non-consumable protection device. The safety system comprises a detection unit configured to receive sensory data regarding at least one of the vehicle or a rider from a plurality of sensory devices. The detection unit is configured to analyze the received sensory data to calculate a risk associated with at least one of the vehicle or the rider. Based on the calculated risk, the detection unit is configured to determine to activate at least one of: the consumable actuation unit; or the non-consumable actuation unit. FIG. 1
