Abstract: Present invention talk about a seat base for a two wheeler which has multiple such as side bases and centre base. Said centre base is supported by a centre support structure secured in transverse direction of the seat base and passing through the centre base and side bases. Multiple front support structures are fixed along the direction of the seat base and passes through side bases. Further some rear support structures secured along the direction of the seat base also passes through the side base and side support structure secured along outer side of the side base.
FIELD OF INVENTION
Present invention relates to the riders' seat of a two wheeled vehicle and more particularly to the seat base for the seat of the two wheeled vehicle.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Generally, seat base for the seat of any two wheeled vehicle is subjected to multidirectional loads such as vertical load, side loads etc. When the rider sits on the seat, sides of the seat base starts spreading apart, especially in resin material based seat base.
To reduce such deflection in resin based seats, a strong seat base structure is required. In order to fulfil above mentioned requirements, design of the seat base comes out with a complex ribbing structure both in the longitudinal and transverse directions.
This results in complicated tool and high manufacturing cost. Further such a rigid seat does not provide required comfort to the rider in terms of use and riding ease. In case of sudden high loads and high vibrations the rigid seat base might undergo breakage due to higher rigidity.
Thus there is a requirement of a seat base having lighter structure and can still overdo mentioned issues without comprising the stiffness and ride comfort.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a two wheeled vehicle having a seat base a with a centre base surrounded by multiple side bases. Said seat base also has multiple centre support structures secured in transverse direction of the seat base such that centre support structures are passing through the centre base and side bases.
Said seat base also has multiple front support structures secured along the direction of the seat base such that said front support structures are passing through the plurality of side base.
Rear support structures are also secured along the direction of the seat base such that these are passing through side seat bases and multiple side support structures are placed along outer side of side bases.

The present invention will become more fully understood from the detailed description given herein below and the accompanying drawing which is incorporated in and constitute embodiments of the invention, illustrate several aspects of the invention and together with a description of the embodiments serve to explain the principles of the invention and thus, are not limited of the present invention and a brief description of the drawing is as follows:
Figure 1 is showing the mounting arrangement of the claimed seat base over the vehicle.
Figure 2 is the illustrative representation of the embodiments of the upper side of the seat base of the claimed invention.
Figure 3 is the illustrative representation of the embodiments of the bottom side of the seat base of the claimed invention.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The embodiments disclosed below are not intended to be exhaustive or to limit the invention to the precise forms disclosed in the following detailed description. Rather, the embodiments are chosen and described so that others skilled in the art may utilize their teachings. The invention may have application to all types of gear based vehicles.
As shown in Figure 1 a two wheeled vehicle consists of a seat assembly (010) attached to the rear upper part of the frame (009) of the vehicle. Said seat assembly (010) is made up of two major parts called seat base (100) connected to the frame (009) directly and the seat base cover (010) attached with the seat base (100) and is exposed as the seat of the vehicle (010).
Said seat base cover (010) is further made up of a seat cushion and a cushion cover. Mentioned seat base (100) is attached to the frame (009) from the lower/bottom side and is connected to the seat base cover (010) from the top side.
Said seat/ seat base cover (010) is extended towards the fuel tank (001) on front side of the frame (009) and towards the pillion handle (006) on the rear side of the frame (009). Said fuel tank (001) is supported by the front part of the frame (009) and the steering handle assembly (002) which are further attached to the front suspension system (003). A rear suspension system (007) is secured on the rear side of the frame (009), below the seat (010), and attached at one end to the rear wheel (008).
Further, with reference to Figure 2 upper side of the claimed seat base (100) is described. Said seat base (100) is made up of a centre base surrounded by multiple side bases (104) joined together on the ends of the seat base (100).
Front and rear end of the seat base (100) had front holder (106) and rear holder (105) respectively enabling the assembly of the seat base (100) with the frame (not shown in the diagram) of the vehicle.
Side bases (104) of said seat base (100) have multiple brackets (102) holding any vibration absorbing material, in order to keep uniform spacing between the frame and the seat base (100) to reduce the vibration sensation to the rider(s). Said bracket holds any vibration absorbing material.
Further, shown in Figure 2, side walls of the seat base (100) are connected with the said base (104) of the seat base (100) with side support structures (103) such that said support structures (103) are holding the seat cover (not shown in Figure) e.g. seat cushion etc with the seat base (100) and these side support structures (103) are arranged in such as way that horizontal load or pressure on the side is balanced with the force applied by the side support structures (103).
Towards the front side of the seat base (100) an arrangement of the front support structures (109) is made on both sides of the front holder (106) for holding the seat covers and to balance the horizontal as well as vertical pressure/load on the seat base (100).
Referring to Figure 3, an arrangement of the rear support structures (108) is shown on the rear side of the seat base (100), around the rear holder (105). Said rear support structures (108) are configured to balance the horizontal and vertical pressure/load on the seat base (100).
As shown in Figure 2 and Figure 3 centre base (107) and side bases (104) are supported by the centre support structures (101) such that said centre support structures (101) are crossing centre base (107) and side bases (104) in transverse direction to the seat base (100).
Most suitable arrangement of the centre support structures (101) is shown in the Figure 2 and Figure 3 where said centre support structures (101) are visible from the bottom (Figure 3) on the centre base (107) and visible from the upper side (Figure 2) of the seat base (100) on the side bases (104). These centre support structures (101) are configured to balance the vertical load/ pressure on the seat structure (100).
WHAT IS CLAIMED IS
1) A two wheeled vehicle having a seat base comprising:
a) a centre base surrounded by a plurality of side base;
b) a plurality of centre support structure secured in transverse direction of the seat base such that the plurality of centre support structure is passing through the centre base and the plurality of side base;
c) a plurality of front support structure secured along the direction of the seat base such that the plurality of front support structure is passing through the plurality of side base;
d) a plurality of rear support structure secured along the direction of the seat base such that the
plurality of rear support structure is passing through the plurality of the side base; and
e) a plurality of side support structure secured along outer side of the plurality of the side base.
2) A two wheeled vehicle, as claimed in claim 1, wherein a plurality of side bracket is secured over the plurality of the side base.
3) A two wheeled vehicle, as claimed in claim 1, wherein a front holder mounted over front part of the centre base.
4) A two wheeled vehicle, as claimed in claim 1, wherein a rear holder mounted over rear part of the centre base.
