Specification

[001]The present disclosure relates to the field of electronic devices. More
particularly, the present disclosure relates to device for providing on road vehicular and other service assistance and method thereof.
BACKGROUND
[002]The background description includes information that may be useful in
understanding the present invention. It is not an admission that any of the information provided herein is prior art or relevant to the presently claimed invention, or that any publication specifically or implicitly referenced is prior art.
[003] While travelling using own vehicle a user can face a situation wherein, he/she
require a service that is located at a proximal distance by an authentic and a trustworthy service representative. One such example includes a breakdown of the vehicle due to mechanical failure of the vehicle in such a way that the failure prevents the vehicle from being operated at all, or impedes the vehicle's operation so much, that it is very difficult, nearly impossible, or else dangerous to operate. The vehicle breakdowns can occur for a large number of reasons. Depending on the nature of the problem, the vehicle may or may not need to be towed to an automobile repair workshop. The examples of such mechanical failures can include a dead car battery, fuel pump, poor quality fuel, faulty electrical wiring, fuel pressure problems, overlooked leaks or missing caps, wheel change, mechanical problems, damaged/flat tyres, clutch, ignition, cooling, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, overheating of engines and the like.
[004] There exists a significant motivation to develop a service requesting device
that can be associated with a vehicle for requesting a service. Since the users prefer travelling
using their own vehicle and not the public transport, therefore it is very evident that the users
would require various services while they are travelling such as refreshment, food, catering,
repairing etc. and that to with minimal time delay. Therefore, searching, locating of the
service providers/vendors needs to be performed with enhanced efficiency.
[005] Prior art does not provide a device that can assist car drivers/ owners for
finding various service centres (local vendors/authorized service centres) nearby and ultimately are unable to make use of their services to make the journey secure, safe journey, carefree and enjoyable. Further, there are company authorized service centres, but services of

these service centres are conditionally limited to some range of kilometres. Authorised service centres do not offer services on all parts such as spark plugs, belts, brake pads and linings, clutch disc/facing, filters, bulbs, fuses, engine tuning, oil/fluid changes, filters replenishment, wheel balancing, etc. excess charges by company authorised service centre is also one of main concern for customers. However, in the prior-art there is no system and method available in market that track and provide all details of authentic local and authorized service centers located nearby vehicle breakdown incident. Further, there is no device and system available in market that assists a user to identify location through GPS and other vehicle related information.
[006] There is therefore, a need in the art to provide a service requesting device that
can be associated with a vehicle. In that overcome the above-mentioned and other limitations of the existing solutions and utilize techniques, which are robust, accurate, fast, efficient, cost effective and simple.
