DESC:FIELD OF INVENTION:

The present invention generally relates to smart bag and more particularly a smart bag with technical functionalities operated by mobile app for user friendly use and works on IOT principles (Bluetooth, GPS, GPRS, and GSM) and has a security and tracking system.

BACKGROUND OF INVENTION:

The use of portable electronic devices such as digital cameras, digital music players, cell phones, GPS devices, personal digital assistant devices (PDAs), laptop computers, and the like has increased dramatically over the years. It is commonplace for owners of these devices to rely exclusively on them to communicate with others and maintain order and efficiency in their professional and personal lives. These devices, and ones like them, have strict power requirements and more often than not require the use of proprietary batteries and battery chargers to keep the devices working. A dead battery renders these devices useless, wreaking havoc on a user relying on their device for entertainment, communications, or scheduling of events.

In order to avoid a dead battery, many users purchase extra proprietary batteries along with proprietary chargers at great expense and inconvenience. Battery chargers are typically AC chargers which must be plugged into a wall socket, or car chargers plugged into an automobile cigarette lighter socket. The extra batteries and chargers must be carried by the user, along with the electronic device, thereby diminishing the overall portability and convenience of the device. Furthermore, the electronic device becomes immobile and tethered by wire to a wall or car while charging.

People of different age and profession of today’s generation for e.g. Students, Travelers, trekkers, Marketing sales person Working people and businessmen are all modern and do use gadgets and technologies now a days. With increase in the functionality and use of the Gadgets the main issue addressed is the performance of the battery. It gets discharged and has to be recharged again and again

All above target audience do carry valuable things which can be lost or hacked in unsafe areas such as railway stations, airport , in trains or whenever the owner has to leave bag unattendedwhile at work or due to some different reasons.

Also there is a need for in today’s generation which is very busy and hence need a bag which keeps their valuables organized and helps to find the things quickly.

The above drawback is overcome in the present invention.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION:

The principal objects of the invention is to provide a smart bag with technical functionalities operated by mobile app for user friendly use and works on IOT principles said Bluetooth, GPS, GPRS,GSM, etc; A smart bag is less with universal charging point, tracking system, Lost and find functionality, SOS Button, geo-fencing technology, high security fingerprint locking system, smart wallet, Incoming call notification, Fall alert, Force attack alert, External Solar panels for charging batteries, message broadcasting, Wi-Fi hotspot creation, self-weight and LED lights. The cloud storage device is also available in the smart bag.

One of the object of the aspect of the invention is to provide a smart bag with a universal charging system for multiple portable electronic devices. The universal charging system contain universal serial bus plug. It has internal and external USB plug with male and female connector embedded into bag with power bank to charge mobile devices and other electronic gadgets. so user can charge their devices on the go.

Another object is to provide charging facility through external detachable Solar panels mounted on the surface of the smart bag that can be provide unlimited energy source of the sun light. so user can have facility to charge their electronic devices anytime.

Another object is to provide a bag with GPS tracking system which notifies the user when the bag is out of the user specified range or stolen and locates or tracks it on user mobile app. so user can get location of bag easily.

One of the object of the invention is to provide a Forgot Alert to the smart bag, wherein if the user forgets the bag, the user will be alerted by the mobile application.

One of the object of the bag is to provide a SOS button which is pressed to get help of your near n dear ones whose numbers are specified in mobile app list by sms or email that you are in trouble. Mobile app saves your location and route history, so when you press SOS button in bag, your location details is shared with your relatives and friends.

One of the object of the invention is to provide Geo fencing through which user can add predefined limits of area or route and get alerts on mobile whenever the user enters and exits out of the same with timestamp.

One of the object of the invention is to provide a smart bag with fingerprint security system which prevents unauthorized access to the bag.

Another object of the invention is to provide a smart wallet within the smart bag to prevent spamming and hacking of the cards in the wallet.

One of the object of the invention is to provide a smart bag, includes a lighting assembly that aids in searching for items stored within the interior volume of the bag by providing illumination.

One of the object of the invention relates to the smart bag wherein the user of the smart bag has its own smart mobile App and data stored at the cloud to access from anywhere.

Another object of the invention relates to the smart bag wherein the app notifies the user if any of the belongings/materials/items of the user forgotten or unattended by the user.

One of the object of the invention relates to the smart bag wherein the smart bag notifies and weighs the object present inside the bag.

Another object of the invention is to notify user of Incoming calls of specified persons or messages to its smart watch or band when the mobile is in the bag.

Another object is to notify friends and family of the user in emergency cases like when there is force attack or fall alert.

One of the objects of the invention is to broadcast messages to all the mobiles in the range of the user and whose Bluetooth is ON or ask permission for the same. so bag itself becomes messaging station just like iBeacon.

Another object of the invention is to create a Wi-Fi hotspot for the mobiles or any other smart gadget.so bag itself becomes wi-fi hotspot.

Another object is to provide hidden zippers so that it can be prevented from any type of theft in travelling or other cases.

Another object of the bag is to provide Night vision straps so that the user can be located in the dark and thus prevent any accident.

Another object of the invention is to provide a smart, trendy user friendly 3 in 1 bag along with different features wherein it can be used as either Bag pack or messenger bag or a Briefcase or any other bag with any design, shape, and weight according to requirements of user.

DESCRIPTON OF THE INVENTION:

While this invention is susceptible of embodiments in many different forms, will herein be described in preferred embodiments of the invention with the understanding that the present disclosure is to be considered as an exemplification of the principles of the invention and is not intended to limit the broad aspect of the invention to the embodiments illustrated.

One of the embodiment of the present invention is to provide a smart bag with a universal charging system for multiple portable electronic devices. The connection with the portable electronic device is given by a Universal Serial Bus (USB) plug. The user will be notified in the mobile application when the gadget is fully charged. A smart bag comprises two USB ports; one is located inside the smart bag said internal USB port and another is located outside the smart bag said external USB port. Power bank helps in this with male and female connector cables. It shows battery status with percentage in your accompanying app. so user can charge their devices on the go.

One of the embodiment of the invention is to provide a bag with tracking system. For this, the bag comprises a tracking system configured to send and receive electronic transmissions when the smart bag is separated by a predetermined range.

The bag has “Lost and Find” functionality which notifies the user when the bag is out of the user range or stolen and locates or tracks it on user mobile app. The transmitter is installed in the smart bag as a smart tag reader that emits frequency which is received by the mobile connects with the Bluetooth to the smart bag. Whenever the smart bag goes out of range the application from which the mobile is connected to the smart bag notifies the user. The user can also check the routes and can track wherever the bag was taken. It all can be saved to SD card which is inserted into your smart device also.

While we talk of anti-theft system, The GPS system is installed in the smart bag and it transfers the location of bag to the cloud. The application connected with the cloud gives exact location of the smart bag. This feature can be comprised of technology like GPS+GSM+GPRS which uses satellites roaming around the earth.one of the major advantage to use this tracking system is Remote Monitoring. You can check bag's location from anywhere of the world.

Another embodiment of the invention is to provide a geo-fencing to the smart bag, wherein if the user forgets the bag, the user will be alert by the mobile application. The term “Geo-fencing” is a feature in a software program that uses the global positioning system (GPS) or
BLE to define geographical boundaries. This prevents the smart bag from being lost or stolen. It can give notification if user has preset some destinations on its route and even suggest some shopping destinations on the route.like it can give alert on airport on mobile app that your bag is arrived to pick up or can know location of your bag when it lost on airport or station.

According to the present invention there is provided a security system for the smart bag wherein a Fingerprint lock system is provided for preventing unauthorized access to the bag and it is operated by mobile app.

Another embodiment of the present invention is to provide a smart bag which includes a lighting assembly that aids in searching for items stored within the interior volume of the backpack by providing illumination.

The present invention relates to certain embodiments wherein the user of the smart bag has its own smart mobile App and data stored at the cloud to access from anywhere. The smart bag notifies the incoming calls and messages when the mobile is inside the bag. It gives notification of important incoming call/messages while mobile is in the bag on the display providing on smart bag or on user's smart watch. The smart bag cloud has the ability to track each user but keeps all data privately.

One of the embodiment of the invention relates to the smart bag wherein the app notifies the user if any of the belongings/materials/items of the user forgotten or unattended by the user. Even it can gives you alert if your bag has any movement with help of motion sensor.

The present invention relates to the smart bag wherein the smart bag notifies and weighs the object present inside the bag. Weight sensor with LCD display is used for this objective.

One of the embodiment of the invention relates to a smart bag wherein the bag can detect a Force attack on the user or a fall on the ground causing damage to the user and notify about the same to the family or friends through a message and location where the incident took place. 3D Accelerometer and 3D Gyroscope sensors are used to implement the above objective which is placed in the bag.

One of the embodiments of the invention relates to a smart bag wherein the bag has one button named “SOS Button” which can be pressed by user to buzz the hooter and alert the surrounding people of any danger or attack on the user. Buzzer is placed in the bag to implement the same. It is also used to get help of your near n dear ones whose numbers are specified in mobile app list by sms or email that you are in trouble. Mobile app saves your location and route history, so when you press SOS button in bag, your location details is shared with your relatives and friends. The word “SOS” disclose Save Your Soule.

One of the embodiments of the invention relates to a smart bag wherein the bag can broadcast a specific message to all the mobiles present in its range and has its Bluetooth on or ask the permission for the same. BLE module is placed in the bag to implement the same. So bag itself becomes messaging station just like iBeacon. The word “BLE” disclose Bluetooth Low Energy.

One of the embodiments of the invention relates to a smart bag wherein the bag can be used to create a Wi-Fi hotspot for other smart objects. Wi-Fi module is placed in the bag to implement the same.

This electronic assembly includes a power supply, battery, BLE module, GPS+GSM module, Wi-Fi module, many sensors like 3d accelorometer,3d gyroscope, weight sensor, finger print sensor module, LCD display, a control switch, SD card.SIM card, microprocessor, buzzer, vibrator and at least one light emitting diode (LED). The power control of lighting in the bag can be controlled by the mobile application. It may have BT Speaker also for entertainment purpose.

Fig.1 and 2 discloses, symmetric diagram of smart bag with front view and back view; more over different compartments also provided as shown in figure. As shown in front view of fig 1; smart wallet 6 is provided RFID proof for cards. Detachable solar panel 5 is provided as source of power for smart bag. Water bottle and umbrella can be put into the space 11 as shown in figure. Hidden zipper 8 is provided for anti-theft. Night vision strap 20 is located lower side of the smart bag to prevent accident. Reflective rain cover 10 protects the smart bag against rain; it can be also act as a shoe cover. The hidden wheel 21 carries bag on the road. Retractable lock cable 9 is provided in the smart bag. Hidden pockets 7 for carry valuable things. Hidden name plate 12 is provided so that no one can see the information of user. Luggage straps 13 are provided as shown in figure. Holder 15 is provided to hold key, pen, pen drive, etc. the space 16 is provided for secure visiting cards, diary, etc. Display chart 14 also provided as shown in figure. Smart device 1 with BLE, WIFI, GPS, GSM, GPRS, SOS sensors, LED and other security and tracking system, I beacon and hotspot which is connected to power bank 3. External USB port 2 is provided for charging the electronic devices which is connected with power bank 3. Spaces 19 and 18 are provided to put laptop and tablet.

SMART BAG DESIGN PART:

Night vision straps provided to locate the user in darkness and prevent any accidents. Night vision strap comprises any material that can be emits light during dark atmosphere like radium.

One of the embodiments of the invention relates to a smart bag wherein the bag provides charging facility through solar panels. Solar panels are external and detachable.

One of the embodiment of the invention relates to a smart bag with a unique structure to organize and provide separate compartments for important items as well as additional systems and/or technologies for the tracking of internal items and general backpack usage. All compartments are very well organized for each of items generally people carry with its bag.

One of the embodiment of the invention relates to provide an anti-theft hidden zipper. A zipper is arranged on the back face of the backpack; when the backpack is carried on the back, the zipper is clung to the back of a person.

One of the embodiment of the invention is to provide a smart, trendy user friendly 3 in 1 bag along with different features such as:
i. It has a Reflective Rain cover to protect the bag and valuables from wetting in the rain and protect user from accident due to refelctive material.
ii. The entire bag is made up of water proof and durable high quality material.
iii. Special leak proof side compartment for water bottles and umbrella.
iv. Luggage straps provided for easy attachment to suitcases while travelling.
v. Hidden wheels may be provided
vi. It may have clamshell opening for easier airport security passing.
vii. It may have smart wallet inside the bag which is RFID proof, so scammers can't hack data of various electronic cards like credit or debit card etc.
viii. it may have "Display Check list" ,so user can't forget to take its valuables on travelling.
ix. it may have shoes compartment with shoe bag or extra bag cum laundry bag.
x. expandable or extended bag may be provided for extra stuff.
xi. it may have detachable and again re attachable bag provided with this smart bag.
xii. it may have hidden pockets which is RFID scam proof and small pockets into straps or belt.
xiii. retractable lock cable is provided to lock bag to some public place.
All these description of smart bag features may or may not be embedded in particular smart bag simultaneously. it's completely depend of choice and use case like handbag, suitcase, backpack, briefcase etc that which feature should be included or not.

With respect to the above description then, it is to be realized that the optimum dimensional relationships for the parts of the invention, to include variations in size, materials, shape, form, function and manner of operation, assembly and use, are deemed readily apparent and obvious to one skilled in the art, and all equivalent relationships to those illustrated and described in the specification are intended to be encompassed by the present invention.

[CLAIM 2] The smart bag as claimed in claim 1 comprising of geo-fencing system wherein if the user forgets the bag, the user will be alert by the mobile application that operates through IOT principles said Bluetooth, GPS, GPRS, GSM, etc. to define geographical boundaries to prevent the smart bag from being lost or stolen.

[CLAIM 4] The smart bag as claimed in claim 3, the tracking system consisting of such a IOT principles that connects to the mobile as well as save the tracking data on the cloud so that user can track the smart bag on mobile application.

[CLAIM 5] The smart bag as claimed in claim 1 comprises finger lock mechanism provided for preventing unauthorized access to the smart bag and it is operated by only mobile app.

[CLAIM 6] The smart bag as claimed in claim 1 comprises own smart mobile application notifies the user if any of the belongings items forgotten by the users, if the bag is out of the user range, if stolen, location of the smart bag and cloud to record all the activities of the smart bag that can be access from anywhere.

[CLAIM 7] The Smart bag as claimed in Claim 1 comprises lost and Find functionality alerts user whenever he forgets his bag and track the same using BLE and GPS installed in the bag.

[CLAIM 8] The smart bag as claimed in claim 1 comprises SOS button which is pressed if the user finds himself in danger and The SOS button when pressed for 30 Seconds buzz the hooter and alerts surrounding people of the emergency and sends user's location via email or sms to his friends and family members.

[CLAIM 9] The smart bag as claimed in claim 1 comprises a message broadcasting system wherein the bag can send the message to all the mobiles in its Bluetooth range who’s Bluetooth is on and can request the permission for the same.
