Claims:I/WE CLAIM:

1. A Smart Hair Clip with frequency band to protect women against dangers using antenna communication comprises of a Smart Hair Clip, a Bluetooth, a processor, a memory slot, a mobile phone, Distributed antenna system, centralized System to track location using GPS and a Battery.

2. As claimed in claim 1, the smart Hair clip 100 will be operated using the Power or Activation button.

3. As claimed in claim 2, the source of energy for the smart clip to operate efficiently is supplied through the battery claimed in claim 1.

4. As claimed in claim 3, the battery is a rechargeable battery that can be recharges using the charging port present on the Smart Hair Clip 100.

As claimed in claim 1, whenever the victim is in danger she will press the power button which will activate the Antenna system and establish communication stating that the particular frequency is in danger. Once received an alert signal, the antenna will start its work by communicating with the centralized system which will capture the current location of the victim and send alert message to the nearest police station or booth and to one of the family members.

6. As claimed in claim 5, the centralized system will send the location of the victim using GPS. Also the system will track the nearest four or more unknown numbers and send the alert message as well as the location of the victim so that at least the unknown person can reach the spot earlier than police if possible and save the victim.

7. As claimed in claim 1, smart clip 100 is a three round protection system since it will inform the police, family member and most importantly alert the nearest persons by capturing their signals so that they can rush to help the victim sooner.

8. As claimed in claim 1, the Smart hair clip 100 encloses a processor to carry out various processing activities and also a Bluetooth to establish communication. The Mobile phone of the user can be used to preset the smart hair clip 100. Also mobile number of the family member to be called in emergency can also be set using the mobile phone and communication established using Bluetooth.

9. As claimed in claim 1, the smart hair clip 100 also encloses a memory slot to save the the travel history of the victim. That is if the victim is forced to run around to the remote area and the location of her will be tracked and saved once the Smart Hair clip 100 is activated using the power button as claimed in claim 2.

Whenever the victim feels that she is in danger, she can press the Power button or activation button 101 present in the smart hair clip 100 to send signal to the distributed Antenna system. The distributed antenna system will immediately send alert message to the centralized unit which will start alerting the nearest police station or booth along with sending alert message to one of the family member of the victim. Also the centralized system will start tracking the nearest five mobile numbers around the location of the victim and send alert message to the unknown persons too so that they can help the victim and make their presence in the deserted or remote region before police if possible. The location of the victim will also be shared using the GPS and thus police and their family members can easily track the victim’s location and save her soon as possible.

Whenever the victim presses the Activation button 101 the antenna system is activated to send alert messages to the nearest police station along with alert message to one of the family member of the victim. The victim has to preset the mobile number of her family member or guardian from her Mobile phone 106. Also the preset mobile number can be changed as per the user’s preference. The centralized system will also share the location of the victim continuously to the police personnel, family member as well as to the four or five unknown contacts who were discovered based on the nearest location using GPS.
