A Smart Lunch Box

Abstract: Quite often it is heard that people complain about having cold food at their places of work. The problem is not localized to a particular geographic area or age, it affects everyone who prefers having hot food at workplace or college. The Smart LuNch box aims at providing hot food to users anytime and anywhere they want. It uses heating elements along with microcontrollers powered by batteries to provide heat even in the absence of a power outlet. The batteries have to be sufficiently charged well before hand, the box can be controlled to set temperatures and timer through a mobile application which simplifies the user interface and also reduces human intervention. The box can also be used as a noodle maker by using hot water. The technical applications are immense. This invention can be of great help to various working sects of the society.

DESC:A mobile phone devices, more particularly the SMART PHONE which is capable of
Performing the functions of Applications ( known as APPs) which are predetermined to perform any desired operation including that of tasks of varying complexities like controlling of any process is used for interfacing with that of a circuitry which is capable of providing source of heat to that of a lunch box.

The batteries which are essentially the power supply unit of the mobile phone device, must be sufficiently charged so as to cater to the heating load requirements of the Smart Lunch box, for performing this operation.

The heating elements for the Smart Lunch box, which contain the heating coils form part of the essential circuitry of the Lunch box. The mobile Application upon getting executed triggers the circuit which is attached to the Lunch box getting activated and enables constant heating of the Lunch box and essentially the contents of the lunch box which is the food material intended for consumption and its maintained in hot conditions would enhance the taste of the food stuff contained therein.

The Application of the Mobile has adequate mechanisms for achieving the desired temperatures for the Lunch box and indicate the user that the contents of the Smart Lunch box are hot enough to be consumed.
,CLAIMS:What is claimed is

1) A Lunch Box, unit capable of being linked with that of a mobile device, operated by a Specific Application (‘App’) with associated circuitry for achieving the process of supplying heat through heating elements to a desired temperature and thus keeping the contents of the said Lunch box, the food stuffs, in hot conditions suited to the person intended to have the food.

2) The said Lunch Box Unit as claimed in Claim 1, driven by the associated App from the mobile device is capable of being operated with minimum of human interface and lesser time for heating the lunch material intended for consumption.

3) The said Lunch box unit, as claimed in Claim 1, is capable of using heating elements along with microcontrollers powered by batteries to provide heat even in the absence of a power outlet

4) A method for heating the contents of a Lunch Box i.e., Food materials / stuff, kept inside a Lunch box to the desired temperature levels sought for human consumption of the contents in tasty conditions, the method involving an APP based operation enabled through a Smart phone, the said smart phone and the APP linked operably with associated circuitry and heating elements, upon triggered would enable the power of the battery of the Smart phone to be used for heating the coils, which impart the heat energy to the contents of the Lunch / tiffin box and giving hot, palatable, tasty food to the person / user of the Lunch box
