A Substrate Material Of A Cushioning Member Of A Two Wheeled Vehicle

Abstract: Present disclosure discloses a substrate material (101ad) of a cushioning member (101aa). The substrate material (101ad) comprising a composition of (in wt.%) a salt ranging from 8-10%, carbon ranging from 8-10%, wood vermiculite ranging from 15-25%, and reminder being iron powder with optionally incidental elements. The composition being mixed with a binder to form the substrate material (101ad). Further, the substrate material (101ad) configured to increase temperature of the cushioning member (101aa), on application of friction. Also, the substrate material (101ad) being encapsulated by a cover member (101ac) and positioned in contact with the cushioning member (101aa) in at least one of the handlebar (101a), a handle grip of the handlebar (101a), and a seating cushion of the seating unit (102), to increase temperature of the cushioning member (101aa), on application of friction.
