FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The invention relates to an a specifically designed air coolers with a 360 degree air throw all around from all vertical sides of the air coolers.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The mechanism of evaporating cooling have been employed continually by the simple technique of a Fan assembling an air admission aperture at one end and air output aperture at the other end. The fan assembly draws air through the air admission aperture and into a system where it is forced to be drawn through the wetted wicking material and causing an cooling of air thereby limitations associated with presently available evaporative air coolers a substantial need still exists for an evaporative air cooler that is capable of providing an efficient evaporative cooling process but which is not dependent on a flow-through wicking material. Moreover, a great need exists for an evaporative air cooler that is less dependent upon the relative humidity of the environmental air for a suitable cooling performance.
OBJECTS OF INVENTION
1. It it object of the Invention to provide a Complete 360 degree air throw from all vertical sides of the air cooler.
2. It is yet another object of the air cooler act as a climate controller.
3. It is also the another object of the invention to eliminate the component in form of lower motor thereby achieving the economic benefit by reducing the power consumption.

4. It is also an object of the invention to provide for specifically designed conically stepped cone deflector that enable an air throw at 360 degree all around.
5. It is also object of the Invention due to a specifically designed internal assembly to effectively reduce the room temperature at a faster rate thereby reducing high electricity consumption.
DETAIL DESCRIPTION
The basic premise of this innovation was to let the user feel the comfort of drop in temperature by sitting anywhere in the room without putting in any effort to check on the location and direction of air throw. A complete paradigm shift in the way consumers have the notion of using an room air cooler….SURROUND is thus not an air cooler it is a climate controller.
The placement of the fan in this design is kept parallel to the ground which throws the air over the deflector cone which in turn directs the air our from air outlets designed all around the circumference of the air cooler. Basically a complete 360 degree air throw from all vertical sides of the air cooler.
The key uniqueness is that it delivers all round air throw, unlike conventional air coolers which deliver air from front and reaches a limited width on either sides with the help of vertical louver motors. In Surround the placement of the fan is parallel to the ground (horizontal). A cylindrical air duct
surrounds the fan to restrict its suction from bottom creating a air draft. The air gathered in this duct is pushed over a deflector cone, the deflector cone further directs the air out from the air outlets placed all around on the circumference of the air cooler. The deflector cone further has baffles to equally distribute the air through each air outlet on the circumference.
Horizontal louver motor was eliminated as this design could achieve 360 degree air throw without the need of vertical louvers. This further led to reduction in components and tooling cost. Secondly the cooler was designed in such a way that it drastically reduced

tooling cost and inventory due to commonality in components. Eliminating the louver motor also reduced power consumption.
Through holistic design approach SURROUND air cooler marks many advantages in product design, engineering and manufacturing. This air cooler can be placed anywhere in the room which means the user does not have to put in any efforts of shifting or even bother to sit in front or in the direction of the air throw.
The product has been engineered in a way such that axial fan placed horizontal in a cylindrical duct sucks air from the moist hay pads and pushes it upward on the conical deflector to be distributed evenly along the circumference with the help of baffles. Commonality of components has been the key to reduction in assembly time and part inventory.
The components used to assemble SURROUND is manufacturing using injection molding as a process. Through this process plastic granules are molten and injected into a steel tool and ejected once formed. All the plastic components in surround are made using this process. All components are assembled using screws and snaps created during the molding process. All electrical and electronics are fitted using wire harness and connectors.
We Claim:
1) An system of an air cooler which comprises of a mechenisim which
provides for a 360 degree air throw from all vertical sides of the air coolers,
an conically stepped cone deflector, and a technique of climate control
through internal Assemble designed to reduce room temperature at the
earliest.
2) As claimed in claim 1 above a conically stepped cone deflector, with a cut
stepped cone fouling portion.
3) As claimed in claim 1 and 2 above a design of a system which manages the placement of Fan that achieves a 360 degree air :.hrow.
4) An Air cooler with a mechanism of 360°C air circulation in term of Accompanying Drawings and specification
