BACKGROUND OF INVENTION

The mentioned implementation examples are only several examples among the numerous modes of implementation of the invention. A formula of Ayurveda preparation beneficial on anti-aging, rejuvenation, productivity, stamina, immunity, mental alertness and anti-stress, in a form of a capsules, said formula comprising Cressa cretica (Rudravanti) 0.001-1000 mg, Selaginella bryopteris (Sanjeevani) 0.001-1000 mg, Desmotrichum fimbriatum (Jeevak) 0.001-1000 mg, Selaginella involves (Sanjeevani) 0.001-1000 mg, Saussurea gossypiphora vern. (Kasturi Kamal) 0.001-1000 mg, Pleurospermum candollei (Mruta Sanjeevani) 0.001-1000 mg

The formula according to claim 1, wherein a quantity of Cressa cretica (Rudravanti) 1-100 mg, Selaginella bryopteris (Sanjeevani) 1-100 mg, Desmotrichum fimbriatum (Jeevak) 1-100 mg, Selaginella involves (Sanjeevani) 1-100 mg, Saussurea gossypiphora vern. (Kasturi Kamal) 1-100 mg, Pleurospermum candollei (Mruta Sanjeevani) 1-100 mg.

The formula according to claim 1, wherein a quantity of Cressa cretica (Rudravanti) 30 mg, Selaginella bryopteris (Sanjeevani) 10 mg, Desmotrichum fimbriatum (Jeevak) 50 mg, Selaginella involves (Sanjeevani) 10 mg, Saussurea gossypiphora vern. (Kasturi Kamal) 10 mg, Pleurospermum candollei (Mruta Sanjeevani) 10 mg
4. The formula powder to be taken with a dosage of one capsule with 200ml water empty stomach in the morning and evening.
5. A method of preparing the formula of Ayurvedic preparation beneficial as anti-aging, rejuvenation, productivity, stamina, immunity, mental alertness and anti-stress described in claim 1, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
1) Prepare the this Ayurveda formula mixed with Cressa cretica (Rudravanti), Selaginella bryopteris (Sanjeevani), Desmotrichum fimbriatum (Jeevak), Selaginella involves (Sanjeevani), Saussurea gossypiphora vern. (Kasturi Kamal), Pleurospermum candollei (Mruta Sanjeevani) powders in proportion and mix them well.
