A System And A Method For Controlling Transmission Of A Concrete Mixer Vehicle

Abstract: The present disclosure envisages a system and a method for controlling the transmission of a concrete mixer vehicle. In particular, the present disclosure envisages a system (100) that comprises a sensor (104) for sensing the position of a seat (12). The system (100) further comprises a direction control switch (106) being configured to facilitate selection of an operational direction of a transmission lever (16) of the concrete mixer vehicle (10). The system (100) further comprises a combination switch (108) coupled to the transmission lever (16) and configured to facilitate actuation of at least one of a forward solenoid, a neutral indicator, and a reverse solenoid, in accordance with the actuation and the operational direction of the transmission lever (16).
