Abstract: This invention is a system and method for tourist business for enhancing customer satisfaction. Tourism is known as travel for pleasure or business also the theory and practices of touring, the business of attracting, accommodating and entertaining tourists and a tourist can be the person who moves outside or vacant of his home at least for 24 hours to spend the wealth for pleasure either for living normal routine or normal working routine. These days, tourist businesses heavily rely on AI-powered goods and services for a range of operations, from planning a trip to getting there. AI is the process of teaching computers to think like people and perform tasks that people can only do. It makes use of people's innate capacity for problem-solving and decision-making. Intelligent chatbots are used on social networking sites like Facebook Messenger, Skype, WhatsApp, and Viber. Chatbots are used by Booking.com, Skyscanner, and Expedia to help online travelers book trips and accommodations. AI can improve personalization, tailor recommendations, and guarantee prompt responses even in the absence of workers. As a result, the hospitality or tourist industries are currently in need of AI based personalized application.

US10235639B1: These days, tourist businesses heavily rely on AI-powered goods and services for a range of operations, from planning a trip to getting there. AI is the process of training computers to think like people and perform tasks that people can only do. It makes use of people's innate capacity for problem-solving and decision-making. This invention is a system and method for tourist business for enhancing customer satisfaction. AI based systems can be configured to determine which of the customer service inquiries should be routed to the independent experts, and/or to generate content for inclusion in automatic responses to the customer. Service inquiries can be related to destination image and nearby attraction of the particular place. We have provided an AI based solution for Tourist Business problems and Model for improving service quality for enhancing customer satisfaction.
Research Gap: This invention is an AI – based application for hotel industry to manage customer service inquiries related to destination image and knowing nearby attraction sectors a system and method for proving AL based solution for issues faced by hotel industry.
None of the prior art indicate above either alone or in combination with one another disclose what the present invention has disclosed. Travel planning is expected to change in the coming years with the tendency to increase mobile applications that provide personalized end-to-end travel planning. These applications may include new capabilities like tracking passenger health by integrating with wearable technologies and recommending safe travel zones.

These applications may include new capabilities like tracking passenger health by integrating with wearable technologies and recommending safe travel zones. Thus, our invention provided an AI based solution for hotel industry to resolve their issues related to over tourism, to provide the information to less known destination, to provide unique experience to customer and to move towards paperless sustainable tourism. With this it also helpful for hotel business to improve their service quality for enhancing customer satisfaction.
