A System And Method For Program Management In An Organization

Abstract: ABSTRACT The embodiments herein provide a system and method for program management in an organization. A Program consists of tracks and projects. A Program can have any number of tracks and each track can have any number of projects linked to it. A Program will be managed by one or more program managers, tracks by one or more track leads and projects by project managers. The program is created in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) module. An Order Management System (OMS) module is configured to create tracks which are mapped to the program and Program Management Module is configured to create projects which are linked to the tracks. The projects and the tracks created will be automatically reflected in a program module. The program module manages projects in a systematic and orderly manner to achieve desired program objectives and goals and generates a report which is stored in share point portal.
