a mobile communication device carried by delivery agent which comprises of sensors that collects the commonly available information, analyses the collected information and broadcast a alarm signal based on predetermined parameters; and
a plurality of responders, delivery agents, customers caretaker, delivery service provider, analyses the threat and sends alarm signal to their processing software they got to take emergency measures.

2. The system of claim 1, wherein the mobile communication device supported by threat identification support protocol, acts in case customer suffers due to threat posed by delivery agent.

3. The system of claim 1, wherein the threat identification protocol collects the informations that can be gathered from mobile sensors; process the informations to identity the threat to create the alarm signal; which are all buoyed by threat identification protocol.

4. The system of claim 1, wherein the mobile communication device collects and stores the delivery agents present state by using the mobile sensors information, sends the warning signal to the remote server if an abnormal indication is generated to take precaution measures if a threat condition occurs.

5. The system of claim 1, wherein the emergency communication protocol embraced in the entire mobile communication device facilitates the customer and care takers to communicate the threat by broadcasting to all responders.

6. The system of claim 1, wherein upon receiving the alarm signal, all responders mobile communication devices surrounded the customers attempt to communicate with the threat identification protocol and receive information by means of alarms, voice and or video data directly to the care taker, and or delivery agents.

7. The system of claim 1, wherein the alarms which can be collected by any electronics devices that can be interfaced with communication device to transmit to the responders incase of threat is identified

8. A method of computing the threat comprises:
gathering sensors informations, that are carried by delivery agent;
analysing the gathered sensors information to check the status of threat condition, if any;
classifies the analysed information to determine the nature of thrat;
broadcasting a warning alarm signal to responders mobile communication device which is embraced with threat identification and support protocol, if there is a detection of distress; and
receiving alarm signal by the responders mobile communication device to take emergency measures.

9. The method of claim 8, wherein the threat identification protocol which supports the safety of customers during delivery by delivery agents and controlled by delivery service providers. The service provides monitors their customers safety using the informations collected by mobile communication sensors.

10. The method of claim 8, wherein the emergency threat identification and support protocol works with all the mobile communication devices and electronic devices which has the capability to collect atleast one of the sensor and communication support for transmitting and receiving the emergency response signals. , Description:In the following detailed description, only certain exemplary embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, simply by way of illustration. As those skilled in the art would realize, the described embodiments may be modified in various different ways, all without departing from the spirit or scope of the present invention. Accordingly, the drawings and description are to be regarded as illustrative in nature and not restrictive. Like reference numerals designate like elements throughout the specification.

It will be further understood that the terms “comprise” and/or “comprising,” when used in this specification, specify the presence of stated features, integers, steps, operations, elements, and/or components, but do not preclude the presence or addition of one or more other features, integers, steps, operations, elements, components, and/or groups thereof. In addition, the terms “unit”/“module” described in the specification mean units for processing at least one function and operation, and can be implemented by hardware components or software components, and combinations thereof.

Figure 1 shows a mobile communication device according to one embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 1, the mobile device consists of various sensors capable of identifying the distance, sound, location, movement, recording voice; this mobile device is a normal mobile phase accessory which includes a circuitry enclosed in a casing according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention. The mobile communication deice 100 includes display 101 used to display the customer address and point of arrival and many more data, processing software 102 contains the method and system, external interfaces 103, network communication 104 for transmission of panic data to care taker, nearby delivery agents, delivery service provider, speaker 105 used to create the alarm, Mic 106 used to measure the noise level and panic sounds and words, processor 107, runs the safety protocol, memory 108, stores the informations, accelerometer 109 for movement measurement, barometer 110, for location positioning, compass 111, for direction identifying, and pedometer 112 for steps movement of the delivery agent.

The array of sensors mentioned in the mobile unit 100, collects various data to identify the threat and accordingly communicates with external entities such as customers care taker, delivery service provider, nearby delivery agent for quick help.

The emergency communication protocol 102 containing dedicated protocol which will be in use when there is an emergency. The emergency is determined based on the collected informations across sensors and various pre-set parameters. The protocol which makes availability at all time and having common mobile communication protocol for external network access.

Figure 2 shows a system diagram 200 of detecting the distress condition, analyzing and transmitting to various entities involved in the delivery of products at customer location.

The delivery agent 225 carries the mobile communication device supported by safety support protocol, delivers the goods to customer 220. The customer 220 has optional mobile communication device to accept or deny responding to delivery agent based on his informations received in advance. When the delivery initiated the delivery agent 225 reaches the customer 220 along with mobile communication device 222 which runs with safety protocol.

The mobile device 222, measures the distance, steps walking, location of delivery agent, directions and observing the sounds, time spend on the locations to identify the threat to the customer. When the threat is detected the mobile communication device 222, transmits the emergency warning alarm and signal to customers caretaker 201 having mobile communication device 205, delivery service provider 210 connected with mobile information and centralized processing server 215, nearby delivery agents 240 and indication on their mobile device 230 to get the help quickly.

In one example operation, the system works as, mobile phone used by delivery agents for viewing the customer address, location finding, delivery confirmation and more; the mobile device which is running with safety communication protocol continuously monitoring the quality of delivery and magnitude of thread posed by the delivery agent to the customer.

The present system provides a solution which enables the safety protocol solution from the delivery companies itself. All other existing systems and methods are self safety protocols and it left to the customer or victim to buy and use it. It needs the explicit communication to the delivery company to take action against the delivery agent. In many cases this protocol enables the performance metrics collection mechanism among the delivery agents.

Figure 3 shows a flow chart 300 of a method of collecting, analyzing and taking action during the emergency threat caused by delivery agent, according to one embodiment of the present invention.

Once the product delivery 360 started the admin or delivery agent 345 allocates the customer shipping to delivery agent. On reception of the customer shipment delivery the safety protocol for specific customer 340 gets activated. The customer also receives the information about the delivery agent 330, and incase of any apprehension at step 320, about the delivery agent, the customer or his care taker can cancel the order or reschedule 325, the delivery or opt for direct pick-up at step 335. Incase of delivery rescheduled 350 at the delivery service provider side; the delivery process starts again 360. In all other cases the delivery completes by cancellation or direct pickup at step 355.

In the event of delivery at customer location is proceeding, the delivery agent starts to customer location at step 315. At step 310, the mobile sensors start collecting the informations and process for identification of threat. In the event of threat checking 302, the protocol creates the alarm to all responders including customers care taker, nearby delivery agents and delivery service providers.

Further, the present invention could use mainly for safety of women, children and senior citizens and extend to any individual posed any threat by delivery agent during collection of shipment. It could help support law enforcement agencies to act quickly based on the threat caused by delivery agents. Overall, this may increase personal safety provided by ecommerce or courier delivery companies towards their customers. The potential safety apprehension of ecommerce delivery can be addressed.
