, Description:A SYSTEM AND METHOD TO PROVIDE SKILL/TALENT DEVELOPMENT CONNECTIVITY SOLUTIONS NEARBY TO USERS

FIELD OF THE DISCLOSURE

[0001] The present invention discloses a computer implemented method for connecting persons of similar profile characteristics to fulfill skill requirement.

BACKGROUND OF THE DISCLOSURE

[0002] Talent is a set of personal characteristics that enhance one’s ability to achieve expertise in a specific field. People exhibit talent in different fields. Some students are bright in academics, some are good at public speaking, some children are interested to play guitar, young boys are passionate to play football, many enjoy practicing yoga asana and some are fond of learning different languages. People learn an art according to their degree of interest. It is important that people explore the talent providing platform and acquire or enhance the talent of their choice. Once the person develops the art, he/she have the option to share the art with the interested people and make it as a profession.

[0003] In India, the skill development is a continuous process. To develop a skill, one needs an experienced trainer. In order to find a good trainer in your location one has to search in several places and platform. In case the person is an expert in specific field, he/she have to search for candidates willing to learn that particular skill/talent or academies where the person may commercialize his/her talent. One of the best talents searching platform in today’s world is the Internet. Internet provides the information and results to the users in minimum possible time. The moment you type the text on the URL, the search engine presents several related results to the user. However, the search on the internet doesn’t ensure the relevancy of the presented results. For example, once you type ‘advance java courses in Delhi’, the search engine optimizes multiple websites and displays the several results which lacks the feature of direct recommending the person skilled in that particular skill/talent, person’s location in real time, reviews and rating on the person skilled in that particular field, etc. This method of searching for person skilled in an art fails to connect the user or learner with the relevant educator and same applies in the case of educator searching for relevant learner. Further, there is no platform to connect corporate and institutions to the person skilled in field residing nearby.

[0004] There are many networking platforms developed that help the people to develop the skills and provide opportunity to the experts to share their skills. Platforms like Take lessons, My Opportunity and Urban pro offer multiple learning platforms and connect the students to the teachers. However, these search service companies do not effectively connect the educator and learner in the nearby location. In case the educator and learner reside at greater distance from each other, then it will be inconvenient for both of them to reach out to each other for skill/talent development. Also, these companies are short of connecting the skilled people to the corporate. Furthermore, there is absence of the services that provide co-working live space where the entrepreneurs, startups and innovative youth can work together and solve the problems. Lastly, talking about the platform present currently like Google offers top ranking to the paid educators. These paid educators might not be the relevant and nearby educator for the learner. These flaws affect the talent connectivity, the students and teachers may not find the interested people at right time and right place.

[0005] Accordingly, there is need for developing a method which can connect the skilled/talented educator and learner of same interest on same platform. Further, there is need to develop a method which can be a single platform to learn, educate, enhance, collaborate and hire multiple skills/talents. Furthermore, there is need to develop a method which can recommend the information/data of educator and learner in real time. Moreover, there is further need to ensure that recommended profiles after the search should be ranked corresponding to nearby location. There is also need of developing a method which can secure user’s (educator’s or learner’s) profiles data through two Factor verification security system. In this manner educators and learners can be connected to impart and learn multiple skills/talents in an organized and smart way.

OBJECTS OF THE DISCLOSURE

[0006] In view of the foregoing disadvantages inherent in the prior art, the general purpose of the present invention is to conveniently provide a computer implemented method for providing skill/talent networking platform to a user. The computer implemented method solves the above mentioned problems algorithmically using artificial intelligence, machine learning, deep learning and using information/data available on the skill/talent networking platform.

[0007] Accordingly, one object of the present invention is to connect one user profile to another user profile to learn, enhance, educate the skill and also to hire and collaborate with the skilled/talented people.

[0008] Another object of the present invention is to provide maximum possible skill sets for 360-degree talent/skill development, which means a single platform for multiple skills/talents.

[0009] Yet another object of the present invention is to provide relevant user (educator or learner) profile in real time.

[0010] Yet another object of the present invention is to provide the recommended user (educator or learner) profile corresponding to nearby location.

[0011] Yet another object of the present invention is to connect the user (educator or learner) profiles by securing the user profiles through two Factor verification security system.
These and other objects and advantages of the invention will be clear from the ensuing description.
