Description:
A SYSTEM AND PROCESS TO RESTRUCTURE WATER

Field of Invention and Use of Invention:
This invention relates to a system and method of using the system in field of water enhancement by restructuring of water molecules.
The invention is used for creating micro-cluster of water molecules with dynamic hydrogen ions as antioxidant.

Prior Art and problem to be solved:
Water in its pure form is composed of strongly bonded atoms of hydrogen and oxygen. However, the water gets contaminated by organic materials, minerals, chemicals, and manmade pollutants. Such contamination leads to undrinkable water, as such water can contain deadly bacteria and viruses, among other disease-causing agents.
To provide potable water, various techniques have evolved over time. Some of the standard processes of water treatment are:
i) Coagulation / Flocculation which requires addition of aluminium sulfate or alum and/or polymer to raw or untreated water.
ii) Sedimentation is the method of making heavy floc or sediments to settle at the bottom and removal of the top water.
iii) Filtration method makes the water passes through filter which may be made from gravel and sand or sometimes crushed anthracite.
iv) Disinfection is the method to get rid of disease-causing bacteria, parasites and viruses.
v) Sludge Drying is the method where solids that have been gathered and removed from water via sedimentation and filtration are transferred to drying lagoons.
vi) Fluoridation method treats water supplies of communities to adjust the concentration of free fluoride ions to an optimal level so that dental cavities can be reduced.
vii) pH Correction method involves lime to combined with filtered water.
viii) Reverse Osmosis method involves passing of water under heavy pressure through a semi-permeable membrane.
All the methods enumerated above suffer for one or more of the following drawbacks – inefficient in terms of purification, time consuming, wastage of water in case of reverse osmosis.
Problems with prior art:
In the prior art US10450203B2, the invention discloses a smart filter comprising of a solenoid valve comprising an inlet coupled to a water supply connection and an outlet coupled to a faucet feed connection, the water supply connection configured to connect to a water supply line and the faucet feed connection configured to couple to a faucet via a faucet feed line.
The prior art US10450203B2 suffers from fact that the filtration rate is slow. The solenoid valves are a source for short circuit and is thus unsafe for operating.
In prior art CN106687189B, the inventor discloses a granular filter media comprising of a nanofiber, granular activated carbon and a particulate ion exchange resin wherein the nanofibers are contained in a mixture with more than one different particulate particle, wherein the particulate particles comprise at least granular activated carbon and a particulate ion exchange resin, and wherein the nanofibers comprise at least polymeric nanofibers, wherein the particulate particles alone have a void fraction that is reduced by the introduction of nanofibers into the particulate particles, and wherein the nanofibers comprise less than 2% of the particulate filter media on a dry weight basis.
The prior art suffers from the same drawback that the filtration rate is less than desirable.
Thus, there is a need for improved filtration and purification of water for basic human consumption.
Objects of the invention:
One of the objects of the invention is to provide restructuring of water molecules leading to long lasting durability when stored in glass/plastic bottles.
Another object of the inventions is to provide for a faster and efficient process for supply of pure, hygienic, and safe drinking water.
Summary of the invention:
The present invention discloses a system for restructuring of water molecules with stable hydrogen ions. The restructuring of water is achieved with combination of two methods, one method carried out by an Electromechanical Membrane Diffusion unit and another method carried out by the Ionization unit.
In the first part of the present invention the system consists of set of three cylinders, with first cylinder containing Maifan Stone balls, second cylinder containing far infrared balls and the third cylinder containing Hydrogen Oxidative Reductive Potential (ORP) balls. The set of cylinders is called as Electromechanical Membrane Diffusion unit.
Maifan stones contains an abundance of minerals that are essential to the human body. The Maifan stone balls absorb soluble heavy metals and impurities in water. Also releasing rich minerals and increasing the alkalinity of water.
Far infrared balls release weak electric current in the process of treating water. It has an effective adsorption of lead (Pb ++), chromium (Cr ++) and other toxicity heavy metals. In the process of hydrolysis due to electrochemical activity there is condensation, adsorption and precipitation physics, chemical change in the water naturally. At the same time, this far infrared mineralization ball releases far infrared ray and water molecules resonance, which makes the water molecules group into small molecular group and increase water oxygen content.
Oxidation Reduction Potential (ORP) of water is determined according to the equilibrium between oxidizing and reducing agent existing in water. Hydrogen ORP balls increases pH of water and reduces the ORP to create alkaline anti-oxidant water for more effective hydration. It also crated micro-clustered water which hydrates cells more effectively.
In the second part of the invention, the water after passing through the electromechanical diffusion unit, is passed through ionization unit. In the Ionization process the water molecule acquires a negative or positive charge. The ionization unit consist of ionization plates placed in ionization chamber. The ionization chamber has one inlet at the upper portion of the ionization chamber and has two outlets, one outlet at the bottom of the ionization chamber and second outlet at the upper portion of the ionization chamber.

Detailed Description of the invention:

In an embodiment of the invention, Figure 1 shows the system for restructuring of water. The system consists of two units, an Electromechanical diffusion unit [100], and an ionization unit [200].

In an embodiment of the present invention, the Electromechanical diffusion unit [100] consist of three cylinders containing stone balls. Maifan stone ball cylinder [111] containing Maifan Stone balls [101], Far Infrared ball cylinder [112] containing Far Infrared balls [102], Hydrogen ORP ball cylinder [113] containing Hydrogen ORP balls [103]. The stone ball size of the Maifan stone balls [101], the Far Infrared balls [102], and the Hydrogen ORP balls [103] is in the range of 10-14 mm. The Maifan stone ball cylinder [111], the Far Infrared ball cylinder [112] and the Hydrogen ORP ball cylinder [113] are placed parallelly and connected by pipe.

The Maifan stone ball cylinder [111] is connected to the Far Infrared ball cylinder [112] at the upper portion of the cylinder via pipe [121]. The Far Infrared ball cylinder [112] is connected to the Hydrogen ORP ball cylinder [113] at the upper portion of the cylinder via pipe [122]. Filtered water [10] enters the Maifan stone ball cylinder [111] via inlet pipe [120] connected at the upper portion of the cylinder and activated water [11] enters ionization unit [200] through outlet pipe [123]. The outlet pipe connects the Hydrogen ORP ball cylinder [113] to the ionization chamber [202]. The Maifan stone ball cylinder [111], Far Infrared ball cylinder [112] and Hydrogen ORP ball cylinder [113], the inlet pipe [120], the outlet pipe [123] and pipes [121] and [122] are made of food grade stainless UPVC or glass or quartz.
In another embodiment of the invention, the ionization unit [200] consists of ionizer plates [201]. The ionizer plates [201] are solid mesh made up of hybrid titanium and platinum coated plates to separate high and low pH water placed in the ionization chamber [202]. The positively charged plates are at the upper portion of the ionization chamber [202] and the negatively charged plates are at the lower portion of the ionization chamber [202]. The ionization unit [200] is a multiple layered double filtered system having capacity of 16000 litre.
The ionization chamber [202] has two outlets, one outlet [203] at the lower portion of the ionization chamber [202] and second outlet [204] at the upper portion of the ionization chamber [202].
When the current is switched on, the water is electrolyzed. The water around positively charged plates becomes alkaline in nature and the water around negatively charged plates becomes acidic in nature.
Referring to figure 1, the filtered water [10] through inlet pipe [120] enters the Maifan stone ball cylinder [111]. As depicted by arrows the filtered water [10] fills in the Maifan stone ball cylinder [111] under normal temperature and pressure and gets activated. The activated water [11] is passed to the Far infrared ball cylinder [112]. The activated water [11] from the Maifan stone ball cylinder [111] fills the Far Infrared ball cylinder [112] and then flows in the Hydrogen ORP ball cylinder [113]. The activated water [11] from the Hydrogen ORP ball cylinder [113] then flows out through the outlet pipe [123] to ionization unit [200].
Further, the activated water [11] enters ionization unit [200] consisting of ionizer plates [201] placed in the ionization chamber [202]. When electric current is applied, the ionizer plates [201] in the upper portion of the ionization chamber [202] gets positively charged and the ionizer plates [201] in the lower portion of the ionization chamber [202] gets negatively charged. When the activated water [11] is passed through the ionizer plates [201], the activated water [11] gets electrolysed and two flows of the output are produced. One which is concentrated acidic water and minerals produced at lower portion of the ionization chamber [202], other which is concentrated alkaline ionized water produced at upper portion of the ionization chamber [202].
The acidic water is drained out from the outlet [203] at the bottom of the ionization chamber [202] and the alkaline ionized water is taken out from the outlet [204] at the top of the ionization chamber [202]. The Electromechanical Diffusion Unit [100] and ionization unit [200] enhances and ensures longer duration of molecular pH, ORP and microstructure properties.
