TITLE
A system for automated micro-management of manual processes within an organisation.
FIELD OF INVENTION
The present invention is in field of automated micro-management of manual processes aligned to standard operating processes (SOP) within an organization and provides automation of internal controls with traceability.
BACKGROUND AND PRIOR ART
An SOP is a procedure specific to operation that describes the activities necessary to complete tasks in accordance with industry regulations, provincial laws or one’s own standards for running a business.
The word management means organisation and co-ordination of activities of a business in order to achieve defined objectives.
Management often demands for manual supervision of any activity which sometimes leads to non-completion or non-adherence of compliances.
There is therefore, a need for an automated management system that will help in completing day-to-day tasks which is critical for any unit to bring about standardisation within an organisation.
Through the present invention an analytics dashboard is provided to track the performance of the company from each activity up to the company goals.
The present invention operationalises the SOPs and enables tracking and monitoring of its effectiveness in real time without human intervention through an audio, video or text-assistance on-demand as and when an individual is doing each activity.
The present invention codifies knowledge and operationalizes the processes by creating activities for each responsible person for the entire year.
OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
It is the object of the present invention to provide for system to help in completing the day-to-day task which is critical for any unit.
It is theobject of the present invention to provide for system which help in enhance customer expectations leading to customer delight.
It is further object of the present invention to provide for system to boost employee confidence and potential to grow within the organization, thereby developing potential leaders within the unit or organisation.
It is yet another object of the present invention to provide for system that maintains a work-life balance by working in a structured manner unlike the traditional way.
It is yet another object of the present invention to provide for system that reduce the induction time of any new employee thereby making him/her more productive and faster.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS
Fig. 1, is the architecture of the information flow in a business that has adopted unit management system. It explains how unit management system will bring clarity and structure of how various entities within a business will communicate with each other.
Fig. 2, is the unique segmentation of the activities created for the invention which is universally applicable to any organization.
Fig. 3, is the framework to filtering content for the unit management system, this framework ensures that only relevant and required information is stored in the invention thereby increasing its value and applicability.
Fig. 4, is a content process app and explains how content is catalogued in the unit management system for easy retrieval and accessibility.

DETAIL DESCRIPTION PROCESS STEPS
LOGIN
• Login with user credentials. VIEW TASKS
• Go to Task View.
• All the tasks as per filtering criteria chosen will appear.
• Click on grey tick-mark sign if you wish to complete the task and fill the task response.
• Enter all the mandatory information like actual cost, task completed yes/no and description.
• Green tick-mark sign denotes tasks already completed.
• Grey cross-mark denotes tasks whose end date to finish the task have been expired.
• Click on hand icon for viewing WIDAQ. information.
• Click on 'R' icon for viewing previous task responses for similar tasks.
• Click on video/pdf/image icon for task help manuals.
ACCESS CHECKLISTS/ MANUALS
• On the left hand side of the screen, names of various clusters are displayed along with menu "Task View".
• Click on any of the cluster names to view tabs under it.
• Click on any of the tabs to view tab-modules under it.
• Click on the tab-module, for which, you wish to access checklist, manuals and so on.
• A window will appear with 5 options as -

3. Manuals
4. Processes
5. Reports
• Click on any of the 5 options to view the details.
CONTACT CENTRE
• To raise a new support request, click on the contact centre icon displayed on top right corner of the screen.
• Upon clicking this, a screen with various titles of support centre categories will appear.
• Click on the title for which, you wish to raise a request.
• Click on the green button, "Add Request".
• Select request type and sub type.
• Fill in the request form.
• The default status will be "New".
• Click on Save so that your request is added.
• To add comments to your request or to change status (like Assigned, Closed, In Progress), click on "Edit" icon.
