Abstract: The present invention provides a system for luggage bag with digital lock and embedded GPS Controlling Unit (100), Bag (101) consists of GPS (102), LED (103), Power supply (104), mobile application (105), Display Unit (106) and Numpad (107). Controlling Unit (100), GPS (102), Power Supply (104), Numpad (107), Display Unit (106) and LED (103) will be embedded inside the luggage bag (101). The user will download our mobile application (105) in which they will register and login with their mobile number and create their profile. After setting up the mobile app (105), the user has to pair their mobile app (105) with the Controlling Unit (100) for the first time. Whenever the user will want to unlock their luggage bag (101), they can generate the OTP from the mobile app (105) and each OTP will be valid for 1 minute, and then the user can easily unlock their luggage bag (101) by entering the correct OTP using the numpad (107).
Field of the Invention
The present invention particularly relates to a system for luggage bag with digital lock and embedded GPS.
Background of the Invention
Sometimes the shoulder bag or laptop bag gets stolen or gets lost by the owner and because the owner keeps most of their important items in their bags, their all-important items, gadgets, documents also get lost with the bag. The current lock system in the luggage bags is very weak and anyone can easily break it or decode the password by several tricks.
Some of the most relevant prior arts to the present invention are following:
US9495820B1 Disclosed herein is an electronic combination lock mainly characterized by miniature size and easy-to-use electronic identification access-gaining method that enables a vast variety and type of access codes for user setting and choice. Another battery-operated electronic key unit, incorporated with programmed access code to provide as an alternative choice for locking, unlocking and backup power, can be used in conjunction with the electronic combination lock.
None of the prior art indicate above either alone or in combination with one another disclose what the present invention has disclosed.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
This summary is provided to introduce a selection of concepts, in a simplified format, that are further described in the detailed description of the invention.
This summary is neither intended to identify key or essential inventive concepts of the invention and nor is it intended for determining the scope of the invention.
Figure 1 illustrates Controlling Unit (100), Bag (101) consists of GPS (102), LED (103), Power supply (104), mobile application (105), Display Unit (106) and Numpad (107). If the entered OTP will be correct, the LED (103) will turn green, but if the entered OTP will be wrong, the LED (103) will turn red. After this, the user can start and stop the GPS (102) feature by using the toggle button in the mobile app. When the GPS (102) feature is stopped by the user, it won’t collect any data. When the GPS (102) feature will be started by the user, it will keep collecting the GPS (102) data from the Controlling Unit (100), and whenever the bag (101) will be away, more than a particular distance, from the user, the mobile app (105) will generate a pop-up alert on the mobile and will send an SMS alert on the registered mobile number. The user can see the real-time location of the bag (101) in their mobile app (105).
To further clarify advantages and features of the present invention, a more particular description of the invention will be rendered by reference to specific embodiments thereof, which is illustrated in the appended drawings. It is appreciated that these drawings depict only typical embodiments of the invention and are therefore not to be considered limiting of its scope. The invention will be described and explained with additional specificity and detail with the accompanying drawings.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
