FIELD OF INVENTION
This invention relates to a system for measurement of vertical angle of lower link of tractor for different farming operations.
BACKGROUND/PRIOR ART OF THE INVENTION
Tractor is used in different farming operations with different implements, wherein the pulling ability of tractor hydraulic system (Draft) through the three point linkage (Two lower links and one top links) is measured to evaluate the performance. Vertical angle is one of the main components to calculate the pulley ability of tractor hydraulic system and depth of operation implement for different farming operations. Knowing the importance of vertical angle measurement, some researchers have used rotary encoder and gear with magnetic pickup to measure the vertical angle of lower link of tractor. But these methods were costly & consumed lot of time for installation. Therefore, these are not reliable for measurement at various field conditions.
Hence, it is required to obtain the vertical angle of lower link of tractor to evaluate the performance of tractor of tractor hydraulic system through three point linkage in terms of pulling ability and depth of operation of implement at different farming operations.

OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION
The primary object of the present invention is to provide a system for measurement of vertical angle of lower link of tractor for different farming operations, which is highly cost effective.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a system for measurement of vertical angle of lower link of tractor for different farming operations, which is reliable with high accuracy of measurement.
Further object of the present invention is to provide a system for measurement of vertical angle of lower link of tractor for different farming operations, installation of which is very easy and less time consuming.
STATEMENT OF INVENTION
According to this invention, there is provided a system for measurement of vertical angle of lower link of tractor for different farming operations comprising of potentiometer mounted on a bracket, which is fitted on differential housing, wherein said potentiometer is mounted on serration shaft.

Figure 1 shows: set up for measurement of vertical angle of lower link of tractor according to the present invention.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION WITH REFERENCE TO THE ACCOMPANYING DRAWING:
The present invention discloses a system for measurement of vertical angle of lower link of tractor for different farming operations.
Reference may be made to fig., 1, wherein the system comprising of Potentiometer (2) mounted on a bracket (5), which is fitted on the Right Hand side of differential housing, wherein the potentiometer is mounted on serration shaft (1) with the help of a coupling device (3).
Further, a battery (4) is fitted on the mounting bracket to provide the input power to potentiometer, the output from which is provided to data acquisition system in terms of voltage. The voltage signal is converted to angle by calibration of the data recorder. With the help of the vertical angle of lower link and forces in the link, the depth of operation of an implement and pulling ability of a tractor (Draft) are obtained to evaluate the performance of tractor hydraulic system.
It is to be understood that the above-described embodiments are illustrative of only a few of the many possible specific embodiments, which can represent applications of the principles of the invention. However numerous and varied other arrangements can be readily devised in accordance with these principles by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.

WE CLAIM:
1. A system for measurement of vertical angle of lower link of tractor for different farming operations comprising of potentiometer mounted on a bracket, which is fitted on differential housing, wherein said potentiometer is mounted on serration shaft.
2. A system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the bracket is provided on the right hand side of said differential housing.
3. A system as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein said potentiometer is mounted on serration shaft by means of a coupling device.
4. A system as claimed in any of the preceding claims, wherein a battery is fitted on the mounting bracket to provide the input power to potentiometer, the output from which is provided to data acquisition system in terms of voltage.
5. A system for measurement of vertical angle of lower link of tractor for different farming operations substantially as herein described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
