Abstract: Accordingly, a system for monitoring of high-risk patients using artificial intelligence without involvement of patients or patient relatives is disclosed. A system for monitoring of high risk patients using artificial intelligence comprising the steps of; Recording all the patient information in the internal database of the website; Generating a questionnaire by an attending physician as per his requirement about the patient; Fulfilling all the information of the patient in the questionnaire; recording the doctor’s voice through a recording system for making the doctor’s voice audible to the patient for his/her satisfaction; Selecting and choosing questions using AI to create a selection of particular questions based on patient response; Obtaining a reading signal from the monitoring system; Analyzing unit for analysis of patient response on the physician criteria and for determining necessary action required.

Claims:We claim:
1) A system for monitoring of high risk patients using artificial intelligence comprising the steps of;
a. Recording all the patient information in the internal database of the website;
b. Generating a questionnaire by an attending physician as per his requirement about the patient;
c. Fulfilling all the information of the patient in the questionnaire;
d. A recording system for making the doctor’s voice audible to the patient for his/her satisfaction;
e. Selecting and choosing questions using AI to create a selection of particular questions based on patient response;
f. Obtaining a reading signal from the monitoring system;
g. Analyzing unit for analysis of patient response on the physician criteria and for determining necessary action required.
Wherein the said patient information includes patient data, medical history and other considerations relevant to treatment of the patient.
2) The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the said system obtain a reading signal from the monitoring system is any device selected from a desktop/laptop/tablet.
3)The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the said a recording system has a memory comprises uses a voice transmission means which recognizes, receives and transmits voice for making the doctor’s voice audible to the patient for his/her satisfaction.
4)The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the said recording is carried out through the physician- patient conversation through recording of the voice of the doctor and all the patient information is recorded in the internal database of the website.
5) The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the questionnaire is generated by attending physician as per his requirement about the patient.
6) The system as claimed in claim1, wherein the said questions are selected and chosen using AI to create a selection of particular questions based on patient response.
7) The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the said Analyzing unit carries out analysis of patient response on the physician criteria and for determining necessary action required.
8)The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the said Artificial Intelligence system directs the Voice system to send appropriate questions, recognize the patient's answers, update the patient's database, direct the patient monitoring, and advises the system about critical patient conditions.
, Description:FIELD OF THE INVENTION:
The present invention relates to high risk patients monitoring. The present invention more particularly relates to a system for monitoring of high-risk patients using artificial intelligence without involvement of patients or patient relatives.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION:
In Some kind of patients, patient care and monitoring in some kind of patients is very necessary in order to assure intervention by a healthcare professional or by a physician to carry the treatment of the patient in the right way and in timely manner. In patients related to cardiology, neurology, psychology, obstetrics, in which patient monitoring is patient care necessity which are high risk patients.
As the hospitalization costs are increasing, health insurance companies are encouraging more patients for reducing the duration of hospitalization and hospitalization is preferred only in case of necessity. The treatment like chemotherapy, pneumonia treatment are safe home treatments as compared to other treatments. In many cases of child birth, patients are requested to wait. Patient opinions are necessary in such type of situations. In some situations, patient monitoring is necessary; for eg: cardiac patient. In such cases patient can rely for monitoring on some nurse or physician or healthcare worker. So the number of patients are limited in case of healthcare worker.
Patient care monitoring services are necessary in such cases of emergencies. Avoidance of clinically unnecessary outpatient visits is a key for reducing healthcare costs, if insurance liability can be reduced and the clinical integrity preserved.
It is known in prior art to generate signals representing a patient's condition and record them for later scrutiny by a physician. An example of such is the well known Holter heart monitor, wherein a continuous 24 hour cardiogram of a patient is recorded by a monitor which is worn by the patient. Functionally in such a monitoring system, a healthcare worker or a physician is not alerted by any emergency situation which could occur during the duration of the monitoring.
During monitoring, a high risk patient likes to hear the doctor's voice during the monitoring interaction; the doctor has the responsibility to determine in a timely manner as to whether an appointment is necessary, the doctor should have the opportunity of determining if the high risk patient is in need of any urgent medication or any change in the treatment; it is often undesirable for monitoring to be done by patient intervention especially in situations like acute hypertension cases or serious perinatal cases.
So an intermediary is needed to call on the patient and take all the physical data of the patient like temperature, pulse, blood pressure, fetal heart monitor, glucose level and report the results in the clinician’s office by mail or telephone. Only the recorded physical data is being obtained and viewed by the doctor to evaluate his patient and another level of human intervention to monitor the patient is required for each patient. Both of these methods are costly because of the human intervention of a healthcare worker or a nurse visiting each patient.
So it is necessary to evaluate and obtain the data from those patients simultaneously and to provide a reliable patient and doctor friendly system for increasing patient care quality without need of unnecessary patient visits.
OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION:
An object of the present invention is to provide a reliable patient and doctor friendly system for increasing patient care quality without need of unnecessary patient visits.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a system in which data is obtained and evaluated from those patients.
Other objects and benefits of the present invention will be more apparent from the following description, which is not intended to bind the scope of the present invention.

Accordingly, a system for monitoring of high-risk patients using artificial intelligence without involvement of patients or patient relatives is disclosed. A system for monitoring of high risk patients using artificial intelligence comprising the steps of; Recording all the patient information in the internal database of the website; Generating a questionnaire by an attending physician as per his requirement about the patient; Fulfilling all the information of the patient in the questionnaire; recording the doctor’s voice through a recording system for making the doctor’s voice audible to the patient for his/her satisfaction; Selecting and choosing questions using AI to create a selection of particular questions based on patient response; Obtaining a reading signal from the monitoring system; Analyzing unit for analysis of patient response on the physician criteria and for determining necessary action required Wherein the said patient information includes patient data, medical history and other considerations relevant to treatment of the patient.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION:
The present invention is a system for monitoring of high-risk patients using artificial intelligence without involvement of patients or patient relatives and provide a reliable patient and doctor friendly system for increasing patient care quality without need of unnecessary patient visits and a system for obtaining data and evaluation from those patients.
In one embodiment, a system for monitoring of high risk patients using artificial intelligence comprising the steps of;
a. Recording all the patient information in the internal database of the website;
b. Generating a questionnaire by an attending physician as per his requirement about the patient;
c. Fulfilling all the information of the patient in the questionnaire;
d. A recording system for making the doctor’s voice audible to the patient for his/her satisfaction;
e. Selecting and choosing questions using AI to create a selection of particular questions based on patient response;
f. Obtaining a reading signal from the monitoring system;
g. Analyzing unit for analysis of patient response on the physician criteria and for determining necessary action required.
Wherein the said patient information includes patient data, medical history and other considerations relevant to treatment of the patient.
In another embodiment, a reading signal is obtained from monitoring system comprises of frequency signals and monitoring system is any device selected from a desktop/laptop/tablet. A recording system comprises uses a voice transmission means which recognizes, receives and transmits voice for making the doctor’s voice audible to the patient for his/her satisfaction. The recording system has a memory which stores the memory.

In another embodiment, the physician- patient conversation is through recording of the voice of the doctor and all the patient information is recorded in the internal database of the website. The internal database of the website requires registration after which user can log in to the database. A questionnaire is generated by an attending physician as per his requirement about the patient and all the information of the patient in the questionnaire is fulfilled. Questions are selected and chosen using AI to create a selection of particular questions based on patient response. A recording system records the doctor’s voice audible to the patient for his/her satisfaction. A reading signal is obtained from the monitoring system and Analyzing unit carries out analysis of patient response on the physician criteria and for determining necessary action required.
In another embodiment, the physician previously has recorded questions typically asked during a patient examination. The AI program parses the questions and selects specific follow-up questions, depending upon the patient's responses. The automatic monitoring may take place at the end of the phone conversation, where the AI system commands the voice system to play the physician-recorded request to place the monitor in position, and the recording function takes place.
The Artificial Intelligence system which directs the Voice system to send appropriate questions, recognize the patient's answers, update the patient's database, direct the patient monitoring, and advises the system about critical patient conditions. The information acquired from the patient calls is available to the medical practitioner on both a real-time basis when the calls are being made after the calls are logged.
The present invention minimizes the continuous use of a nurse or other healthcare worker to personally attend to the patient and do the monitoring and it is desirable if a physician/doctor could attend simultaneously and remotely to a large number of high risk patients so that doctor intervention or other remedial measure could be initiated when necessary.
