FIELD OF INVENTION
This invention relates to a system for mounting of spare tire in vertical position on panel in inflated 85 deflated condition.
PRIOR ART
Conventionally, studs are provided on the spare tire bkt and spare tire is mounted on these studs using Rim holes. The spare tire in deflated condition does not rest on the panel and transmit the whole load of the tire to these studs. This requires usage of the heavier reinforcement design to hold the tire.
OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION
An object of the present invention is to provide a system for mounting of spare tire in vertical position on panel in inflated 86 deflated condition which overcomes disadvantages associated with the known art.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a system for mounting of spare tire in vertical position on panel in inflated 85 deflated condition which is efficient.
Further object of the present invention is to provide a system for mounting of spare tire in vertical position on panel in inflated 8B deflated condition which is simple in construction and cost effective.

STATEMENT OF INVENTION
According to this invention, there is provided a system for mounting spare tire comprising of a retainer with floating nut for mounting spare tire in vertical position on panel in inflated and deflated position wherein the retainer with floating nut is welded on said spare tire mtg bracket.

DETAIL DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION WITH REFERENCE TO THE ACCOMPANYING DRAWINGS:
The present invention discloses a system as shown in fig. 1 comprising of a retainer with floating nut for mounting spare tire in vertical position on panel in inflated 85 deflated condition. This provision reduces stress on spare tire mounting in deflated condition as tire rests on the panel.
The retainer with floating nut is spot welded on spare tire mtg bkt, which is fixed on frame. The screw spare tire moves the floating nut in upward

direction (depending upon the tire condition) to keep the spare tire on panel in both inflated & deflated condition of tire.
In inflated condition as shown in fig. 2, the tire rests on the panel with floating nut at bottom position wherein the nut is moved in upward direction to the optimum position with screw spare tire for tightening.
In deflated condition as shown in fig, 3, tire centre comes down and the nut is moved in upward direction to optimum position (depending upon deflated tire condition) with screw spare tire for tightening.
Salient features of the invention over prior art:-
1. Requirement of lighter parts which reduces total weight of the vehicle.
2. Reduction in stress on the spare tire bkt mtg. in deflated condition.
3. Simple in construction and cost effective.
It is to be noted that the present invention is susceptible to modifications, adaptations and changes by those skilled in the art. Such variant embodiments employing the concepts and features of this invention are intended to be within the scope of the present invention, which is further set forth under the following claims:-

WE CLAIM;
1. A system for mounting spare tire comprising of a retainer with floating nut for mounting spare tire in vertical position on panel in inflated and deflated position wherein the retainer with floating nut is welded on said spare tire mtg bracket.
2. A system as claimed in claim 1, wherein said mtg bracket is fixed on frame.
3. A system as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein screw spare tire moves the floating nut in upward direction so as to keep the spare tire on panel in both inflated and deflated condition of tire.
4. A system for mounting of spare tire in vertical position on panel in inflated & deflated condition substantially as herein described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
