Field of the Invention
This invention relates to a system for opening and closing of side door of rail wagon and in particular, this invention relates to a system for opening and closing of side door of rail wagon which is battery operated Hydraulic system. This invention relates to a system for opening and closing of side door of rail wagon which is fixed on top of fork of battery Operated Pallet Truck for movement. Furthermore, this invention also relates to a system for opening and closing of side door of rail wagon which has the beneficial effects of having saving manpower cost, reducing labor intensity, and having safety and reliability and the transportation economic benefits can be increased.
Background of the invention and the related Prior Art
At present, to be door butt with a door hasp overlap the traditional fixed form of China railways lorry side door cooperates. In the use procedure, side door plate pins folding by left and right sides hasp, opens and closes side door plate and must open or locking left and right sides hasp. But there is following defective in existing railway truck opening device for side door:

The side door opening and closing device comprises telescopic rods and a vertical shaft, wherein the key technology is that rotation seats are respectively welded on both ends of the vertical shaft, a connecting shaft is installed and welded on one end of each telescopic rod, the connecting shafts arc connected with the rotation seats by pin shafts, and a switch handle is installed and welded on the vertical shaft. The other document CN202743241 relates to the technical field of wagons, in particular to a wagon bottom-door opening/closing device. The bottom door opening/closing device comprises a door opening arm assembly and a door closing arm assembly, wherein the door opening arm assembly and the door closing arm assembly are respectively connected with bottom-door transmission shafts of a wagon. According to the wagon bottom-door opening/closing device provided by the application, the bottom door of the wagon can achieve opening/closing without relying on a pneumatic component, a hydraulic component, an electric component and the like, and the opening/closing action of the bottom door device can be realized only by cooperation of ground facilities during running of the wagon. According to the document CN203005438 discloses a rail wagon side door opening device. The rail wagon side door opening device comprises a side door panel which is matched with a wagon side wall plate door hole, a folding strip is fixed on a side door panel, the upper end of the folding strip is connected with a folding base in a hinged mode through a rotating pin, the folding base is fixed on the upper portion of the wagon side wall plate door hole, the lower end of the folding strip is connected with a side door handle in a hinged mode through a rotating pin, an upper arm of the side door handle is matched with a handle locking base in an embedded mode when a side door panel is in a closed state, a lower arm of the side door handle is matched with a handle hole base in

an inserted mode when the side door panel is in the closed state, the handle locking base is connected with the middle of the side door panel in a hinged mode through a rotating pin, and the handle hole base is fixed on the lower portion of the wagon side wall plate door hole. The document CN203713881 describes a discharge door opening and closing drive device of a rail wagon, the rail wagon, and a ground discharge device. The drive device comprises a four-link mechanism which comprises a rotating shaft stretching over the bottom surface of a vehicle body, a first door opening arm used for triggering the rotating shaft to rotate in a first direction is fixedly arranged at one end of the rotating shaft, a second door opening arm used for triggering the rotating shaft to rotate in the first direction and a second door closing arm used for triggering the rotating shaft to rotate in a direction opposite to the first direction are arranged fixedly at the other end of the rotating shaft, the straight line where the tail ends of the first door opening arm and the second door opening arm are located is parallel to the rotating shaft, and the second door closing arm horizontally extends out to the outer side of

the second door opening arm and keeps a first interval with the second door opening arm.
According to the invention CN204264151 discloses a bottom door opening and closing system of a railway hopper wagon. The bottom door opening and closing system comprises a bottom door, a bottom door opening and closing transmission mechanism, a door opening shield and a door closing shield, wherein the bottom door and the bottom door opening and closing transmission mechanism are arranged at the bottom of the hopper wagon, and the door opening shield and the door closing shield are arranged on the ground. The bottom door opening and closing transmission mechanism is a double four-connecting-rod mechanism with a motion dead point, each drive lever is overall in a T shape, the transverse portion of each T shape is provided with a door opening arm and a door closing arm, and the tail end of the vertical portion of each T shape is fixedly connected with a transmission shaft. This invention belongs to the technical field of rail wagons, particularly relates to a rail wagon end door opening and closing device and solves the problem that existing rail wagons are not provided with end doors or the end doors can only be opened and closed manually. End doors are arranged at the end of a rail wagon, mutually-parallel guide rails are arranged on two sides, corresponding to the end doors, of a wagon end body, a hollow shaft capable of rotating relative to the guide rails is arranged at the top ends of the guide rails, the middle of the hollow shaft is fixedly connected with one end of a crank shaft vertical relative to the hollow shaft, the other end of the crank shaft is connected with a two-way cylinder push rod, a two-way cylinder is mounted on the body, symmetrical two groups of cranks and connecting rods are mounted on the portions, corresponding to the end doors, of the hollow shaft, the cranks are welded to the hollow shaft, and the cranks and the upper ends of the connecting rods as well as the lower ends and the end doors are connected via round pins. All transmission parts are driven through the two-way cylinder pneumatically or hydraulically to enable the end doors to be opened and closed, and operation is quickened. Operation can be executed on any side of the wagon manually, and reliability and convenience in operation are improved.

Due to the fact that the end doors are vertically arranged on the end wall, pressure of cargoes on the end doors is small, and the end doors are opened and closed with less effort no matter by wind pressure, hydraulic pressure or hand which has been stated in document of patent application CN104879012.
The document AU2014351103 states an opening and closing device of a discharge door of a railway wagon, a railway wagon and a ground unloading device are provided according to the present application. The opening and closing device includes a four-bar mechanism, and the four-bar mechanism includes a 5 rotating shaft provided on a bottom surface of a vehicle body transversely, one end of the rotating shaft is fixedly provided with a first door opening arm configured to drive the rotating shaft to rotate in a first direction, and another end of the rotating shaft is fixedly provided with a second door opening arm configured to drive the rotating shaft to rotate in the first direction and a second door closing arm configured to drive the rotating shaft to rotate in 10 a direction opposite to the first direction. A straight line, where tail ends of the first door opening arm and the second door opening arm are located, is in parallel with the rotating shaft, and the second door closing arm transversely extends beyond an outer side of the second door opening arm and is spaced from the second door opening arm by a first interval.

The Indian patent document CN106043334 states that a device for assisting in opening a railway wagon side door comprises a shell, and a clamping body and a mounting plate arranged at the front end and the rear end of the shell, and an electric push rod mechanism is arranged in the shell; the clamping body is provided with a base and a rear support block positioned at the rear end of the base, the front of the base is provided with a groove, so that a front support block is formed on the base, a through hole allowing a push rod of the electric push rod mechanism to extend out of is formed in the rear support block, and a filling block which is detachably connected onto the front support block is arranged in the groove. According to the invention, a certain gap is formed between a locking part of a side door and a fixing part of the side door of the railway coal wagon through exerting thrust, so that the locking part can be opened, the side door of the railway wagon can be quickly opened, the use is flexible and convenient, efficiency is high, the labor intensity of workers is reduced, a further guarantee of safe production is realized, and the deformation of a locking mechanism and the wagon side door caused by beating is prevented.
SK1392016 describes the hand tool for opening and closing the goods wagon door comprises a hollow socket portion of rectangular cross-section and an elongated shaped lever with two rubberized clips. The tool serves for the safe and physically less demanding opening and closing of the goods wagon door.

None of these above patents, however alone or in combination, disclose the present invention. The invention consists of certain novel features and a combination of parts hereinafter fully described, illustrated in the accompanying drawings, and particularly pointed out in the appended claims, it being understood that various changes in the details may be made without departing from the spirit, or sacrificing any of the advantages of the present invention.
Summary of the invention
This invention relates to a system for opening and closing of side door of rail wagon and in particular, this invention relates to a system for opening and closing of side door of rail wagon which is battery operated Hydraulic system. This invention relates to a system for opening and closing of side door of rail wagon which is fixed on top of fork of battery Operated Pallet Truck for movement. Furthermore, this invention also relates to a system for opening and closing of side door of rail wagon which has the beneficial effects of having saving manpower cost, reducing labor intensity, and having safety and reliability.

Detailed description of the invention with accompanying drawings
For the purpose of facilitating an understanding of the invention, there is
illustrated in the accompanying drawings a preferred embodiment thereof, from
an inspection of which, when considered in connection with the following
description, the invention, its construction and operation, and many of its
advantages should be readily understood and appreciated. The drawings are in
two sheets.
The principal object of the invention is to provide a system for opening and
closing of side door of rail wagon.
The other embodiment of the invention is to provide a system for opening and
closing of side door of rail wagon which is battery operated Hydraulic system.
The other embodiment of the invention is to provide a system for opening and
closing of side door of rail wagon which consists of Rope drum; lifting hook;
Pair of Block bearing for rope drum fixing; Hydro motor; chain coupling;
Hydraulic cylinder ; Hydraulic Power pack ; Electrical push bottom station and
battery.
The other embodiment of the invention is to provide a system for opening and
closing of side door of rail wagon wherein the Rope drum is suitable for 5 mm
steel wire.

The other embodiment of the invention is to provide a system for opening and closing of side door of rail wagon wherein Pallet truck with the equipment will be placed in front of wagon door at a distance of 950 mm. The other embodiment of the invention is to provide a system for opening and closing of side door of rail wagon wherein the two rope wire sling to be fixed on door handle for holding door.
The other embodiment of the invention is to provide a system for opening of side door of rail wagon wherein main hook of the rope drum rope. The other embodiment of the invention is to provide a method for opening and closing of side door of rail wagon which comprises a) Pallet truck will be placed in front of wagon door at a distance of 950 mm; b) Main hook of rope drum is fixed with sling of open door; c) hydraulic cylinder move forward to push the door for easy movement of door lock; d) r rope drum unwind slowly for the movement of the door till complete open and unfix the main hook; e) rope drum un-wind to original position.
The other embodiment of the invention is to provide a method for closing of side door of rail wagon which comprises a) Pallet truck will be placed in front of wagon door at a distance of 950 mm; b) Main hook of rope drum to be fix with sling of open door; c) Rope drum re-wind and pull the door till comes near locking hinge and Press door to the body of wagon by hydraulic cylinder

to lock the door; d) release hydraulic pressure to retract cylinder to original
position; e) release rope drum hook and sling from door handle.

are set forth with particularity in the appended claims. The invention itself,
however, both as to its organization and its method of operation, together with
additional objects and advantages thereof, will best be understood from the
following description of certain specific embodiments, when read in connection
with the accompanying drawings, in which:
The fig 1 shows the different view of a system for opening and closing of side
door of rail wagon according to the invention;

The reference numerals of the system for opening and closing of side door of
rail wagon is described below;
A- Rope drum suitable for 5 mm steel wire.
B-Pair of Block bearing for rope drum fixing.
C-Rotation of rope drum through Hydro motor.
D-Suitable chain coupling for hydro motor fixing.
E-Hydraulic cylinder .

F-Hydraulic Power pack with necessary valve stand.
G-Battery.
H-Electrical push bottom station. Mechanical Arrangement for Wagon Door is opening and closing by the help of battery operated Hydraulic system. A fabricated and machined box type rigid body is fitted with accessories. Complete equipment fixed on top of fork of Battery Operated Pallet Truck of 2000 Kg capacity for movement.
By using this system, Pallet truck with the equipment will be placed in front of wagon door at a distance of 950 mm (Distance controlled through censor ). Two rope wire sling is to be fixed on door handle for holding door. Main hook of the rope drum rope is fixed with the wire rope sling. Hydraulic cylinder move forward to push the door for easy movement of door lock. Hydraulic cylinder retract to original position to facilitate the movement of door. Rope drum unwind slowly for the movement of the door till complete open. Un-fix the main hook , keeping wire rope sling with open door. Rope drum un-wind to original position. Pallet trucks moves to the next wagon. While at the time of closing the wagon door; pallet truck with the equipment will be placed in front of wagon door at a distance of 950 mm. ( Distance controlled through censor ). Rope drum un-wind till rope drum hook reaches down to clamp wire rope sling fixed with. Main hook of rope drum to be fix

with sling of open door. Rope drum re-wind and pull the door till comes near locking hinge. Press door to the body of wagon by hydraulic cylinder to lock the door. Release hydraulic pressure to retract cylinder to original position. Release rope drum hook. Release sling from door handle. Without further elaboration, the foregoing will so fully illustrate my invention, that others may, by applying current of future knowledge, readily adapt the same for use under various conditions of service. It should also be realized by those skilled in the art that such equivalent constructions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the invention.
Advantages over the prior art
The system for opening and closing of side door of rail wagon proposed by the present invention has the following advantages over the prior art:
a) It is cost effective as compared to others machine available in the market.
b) It greatly facilitates the discharge operation, and also effectively improves the discharge efficiency.
c) It has the characteristics of simple structure, convenient use, high efficiency.
d) It is economical in maintenances.

In the preceding specification, the invention has been described with reference to specific exemplary embodiments thereof. It will be evident that various modifications and changes may be made thereunto without departing from the broader spirit and scope of the invention as set forth in the claims that follow. The specification and drawings are accordingly to be regarded in an illustrative rather than restrictive sense. Therefore, the aim in the appended claims is to cover all such changes and modifications as fall within the true spirit and scope of the invention. The matter set forth in the foregoing description and accompanying drawings is offered by way of illustration only and not as a limitation. The actual scope of the invention is intended to be defined in the following claims when viewed in their proper perspective based on the prior art.

I claim:
1) A system for opening and closing of side door of rail wagon which consists of a) Rope drum; b) lifting hook; c) Pair of Block bearing for rope drum fixing; d) Hydro motor; chain coupling; e) Hydraulic cylinder ; f) Hydraulic Power pack ; g) Electrical push bottom station and h) battery.
2) The system for opening and closing of side door of rail wagon as claimed in claim 1 which is battery operated Hydraulic system.
3) The system for opening and closing of side door of rail wagon as claimed in claim 1 wherein the Rope drum is suitable for 5 mm steel wire.
4) The system for opening and closing of side door of rail wagon as claimed in claim 1 wherein pallet truck with the equipment will be placed in front of wagon door at a distance of 950 mm.
5) The system for opening and closing of side door of rail wagon as claimed in claim 1 wherein the two rope wire sling to be fixed on door handle for holding door.
6) The system for opening and closing of side door of rail wagon as claimed in claim 1 wherein capacity of the Pallet Truck is 2000 Kg capacity for movement.

7) A method for closing of side door of rail wagon which comprises a) Pallet truck will be placed in front of wagon door at a distance of 950 mm; b) Main hook of rope drum to be fix with sling of open door; c) Rope drum re-wind and pull the door till comes near locking hinge and Press door to the body of wagon by hydraulic cylinder to lock the door; d) release hydraulic pressure to retract cylinder to original position; e) release rope drum hook and sling from door handle.
8) A method for opening and closing of side door of rail wagon which comprises a) Pallet truck will be placed in front of wagon door at a distance of 950 mm; b) Main hook of rope drum is fixed with sling of open door; c) hydraulic cylinder move forward to push the door for easy movement of door lock; d) r rope drum unwind slowly for the movement of the door till complete open and unfix the main hook; e) rope drum un-wind to original position.
