Background of the Invention
US20100131434A1 says that An automated patient-management system for efficiently reporting patient information to clinicians, and a method of operation thereof is described. The system automatically collects and analyzes historic-physiologic data indicative of a patient's health from a myriad of sources. Based on the historic-physiologic data, the system automatically generates a health-risk score indicative of whether a patient will experience a serious-medical event in the near future (e.g., a predetermined time interval). The system uses a processing model that may rely on Hierarchical-Temporal Memory techniques and other models, for extracting and analyzing patient data. The system also generates an integrated synopsis of a patient's health condition, including the health-risk score. The synopsis is then presented (served) to a clinician in an organized, simplified, and effective manner via a client-side user interface. The synopsis enables a physician to proficiently grasp the patient's most critical health parameters in a short period of time.

Our mobile application is a creative response to the challenges of providing pregnant women in remote areas access to crucial healthcare services. It is meant for Asha workers, expectant mothers, and Healthcare Centres. We are aware that these women frequently cannot access government-funded healthcare services due to the topography, a lack of connectivity, and communication issues, and that Asha staff also have challenges when seeking to deliver healthcare in these locations. To overcome this gap and assure accessible and effective treatment, our program provides three distinct interfaces in a single, user-friendly mobile platform for pregnant women, Asha workers, and community health centres.
Delivering healthcare services is essential, especially for Pregnant ladies, and Accredited Social Health Activists' (ASHAs') significant contribution to ensuring communities' wellbeing cannot be overstated. We are creating a system of mobile application that intends to empower ASHA employees and expectant mothers while also facilitating contact with community health facilities in order to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of healthcare services. This advanced application aims to give users immediate access to crucial data, official guidelines, and AI-powered support to solve questions and concerns about healthcare services.
PREGNANT WOMEN INTERFACE
The application makes it simple for pregnant women to sign up and get started by submitting a mobile verification registration process. After registering, pregnant women have access to a number of useful features to avail all the health services delivered through ASHA workers. The application uses push alerts to remind expectant mothers about important medical appointments, immunization schedules, and forthcoming hospital visits. A key feature of the app is communication with nearby Asha worker, which addresses the issue of the lack of means for contact. Through the application, pregnant lady can speak with Asha staff members directly to get any information, support, or direction they may need. Given that assistance and information are readily available, expectant mothers feel more at ease thanks to this direct line of connection. The emergency ambulance service, which can be called at the touch of a button in dire circumstances, is another crucial component of the program. This service is especially important in rural areas where getting immediate medical care can be a challenging task. The programme also incorporates an alert system to improve pregnant women's safety and wellbeing even further. This system promptly alerts the designated authorities and healthcare providers in the event of unanticipated emergencies or urgent situations, such as unfavourable weather conditions or unexpected health issues. With this proactive approach, dangers and potential difficulties during pregnancy and labour are reduced and the appropriate aid is sent out quickly.
ASHA WORKER INTERFACE
Now the Asha worker interface, gives these dedicated healthcare providers a complete tool to effectively handle their duties as they are the major bridge between health centres and pregnant women. With this application they can easily keep track of immunisations given and forthcoming appointments, ensuring that each pregnant person under their care receives the necessary attention and immunisations on time. For Asha staff, having access to specific information about each pregnant lady they are in charge of is one of the most useful advantages. This covers important health information, past medical history, and any particular demands or requirements particular to each person. With this information, Asha staff can offer individualised and focused healthcare, enhancing the general health of the pregnant women under their care. Additionally, the application enables Asha staff to send targeted pregnant women push notifications, ensuring that they get important information and reminders right on their smartphones. This real time communication makes it easier and reliable for ASHA workers to delivery their healthcare services.
COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTRE INTERFACE
Community health centres (CHCs) can use the application to track Asha workers' activities and the health of local expectant mothers using a reliable dashboard. Using this centralized approach, CHCs can efficiently track the progress and outcomes of healthcare programs, identifying those that require additional support or intervention. Additionally, prenatal patient medical reports can be uploaded via the CHC interface, facilitating simple information sharing between healthcare specialists. The patient's condition and treatment plans are communicated to all pertinent parties, resulting in a more thorough and well-coordinated approach to healthcare. The platform also enables CHCs to issue alerts and directives, giving pregnant women and Asha staff members vital healthcare information. The notification may possess the information about government schemes, new guidelines etc.
