Title of The Invention
IOT Enabled Histamine Chamber for Assessment of Allergic Activity in Experimental Animals

Field of the Invention
This invention relates to enabled histamine chamber for assessment of allergic activity in experimental animals.

Background of the Invention
US3656456A: An apparatus for indication of moving activity of animals which are disposed in closed space in which at least one of the walls is provided with a number of small capacitor plates which form at least one capacitor in a balanced bridge. When the animals move the dielectric constant of this capacitor is affected and an unbalance voltage is obtained in the bridge. The variations of this voltage are indicated in an indicator connected to the bridge via a derivating network.
US3974798A: A walled enclosure or cage is provided in which laboratory animals may be maintained for observation and evaluation. The floor of the enclosure is provided by a plurality of conductive bar elements that are especially separate and extend across the bottom of the enclosure. Special separation of the bars insulates one from the other and further, space is provided in the floor to remove animal waste, excess food and the like. An electrical resistor is connected between each two adjacent conductive bars and cooperate with the bars to define a resistor network to which a closely controlled feed current is supplied. An animal makes contact with the conductive bars which lowers resistance of the network and produces a voltage change. The resistor network is a.c. coupled to a differential amplifier, and a comparator which receive pulses from capacitors between the network and the amplifier and prepare same for an interface means for a pulse recording system. The amplified pulse may be shaped, divided or the like as required by the recording system. The method of using the present system involves detection of contact between an animal foot and the conductive grid bars, whereupon contact area determines the resistance of the network and a proportional signal is produced therefrom. The signal is then amplified, manipulated to avoid ambient electrical interference, such as an incidental electrical field from line current at 60 Hertz, and/or shaped, divided or the like to provide input to a particular recording system. Raw data from the recording system can then be correlated to locomotor activity of the laboratory animal.

US7882135B2: In this patent a system and method used to assess animal behavior includes a module having sensors that collects a variety of physical and biological data from a test subject. Interpretation of the data is provided to assess the test subject's behavior, neurology, biochemistry and physiology. The module is useful in observing the effects of a drug on the test animal and providing information on the drug's signature. Another advantage is the module's portability that allows it to be used in standard laboratory cages. This portability allows the animal to be tested in its own habitat, that can reduce any erroneous data due to stressing the animal when removed to a test cage. Additionally, the module's design allows for parallel data collection and interpretation from several laboratory animals undergoing different experiments. Multi-dimensional modeling of the test subject based the system's interpretation of the data allows pattern recognition of the drug signature, and predictive drug analysis.

Research Gap: This patent is not applicable in case of Histamine chamber (instrument used for experimental animal). The flow rate or concentration of spray in single eject can be determined by this invention.
None of the prior art indicate above either alone or in combination with one another disclose what the present invention has disclosed. Present invention is the experimental animal activities are conducted for the welfare of society. Conducting the activities, approvals are required by the governing bodies as animals may be sacrificed as per the need of study. This invention will help to reduce the mortality rate of animals, during conducting the allergic activity in histamine chamber.
