Abstract: This invention says that at the time of contingencies or accidents in the coal mines, the coal mine workers have been stuck inside the mine. To save the life of these coal mine workers, a personal electronic gadget should be designed to be carried by each miner and automatically decodes acoustically transmitted text messages or sirens sent to the rescue operations team and automatically through encoding these text messages or any other signals or siren, the rescue team frequently reach to that location to save the life of that miner. Signals are synchronized between the miner and rescue operation teams.

When the miners go deep in the coal mines, their life is at every moment is facing the danger of life. To save the lives of these miners there should be a smart gadget which if worn by the miners then at the time of any contingencies with the help of gadgets the minor location can be detected and easily fetched so that without wastage of time the rescue team can easily reach to these minors. The following is the detail about these Smart Gadgets:
1. In this innovation, we can design a Wrist Band that senses the Blood Pressure and Heart Beat of the miner through a micro-controller & generate a packet & this packet is sent to the edge gateway.
2. Edge computing takes place on smart devices - right where the sensors and other devices collect and process data - to speed up that processing before devices connect to the Internet of Things (IoT) and send data for continuous use by Enterprise application & Personal.
3. In IoT, large amounts of data are collected at the edges of the network, but not everything is useful. On average, most monitoring data tends to be "heartbeat" data. If the data does not change too much, that means things are going well. For example, it would be unreasonable to send hours of data to a remote data center, indicating that important machine signals have not changed. Edge compute performs processing near where the data came from. That can dramatically reduce or eliminate even the cost of bandwidth needed to transfer it to the company's cloud or data center. Some applications need to scan the edges. A computer-enabled or AI-enabled computer system can quickly detect whether the situation requires a real-time response, or send it to a data center for analysis.
Figure 2 shows the block diagram of smart Gadgets 1,2,3 which are design by using a microcontroller ckt, Blood pressure sensors and heartbeat sensors. which are non-invasive sensors designed to measure a person’s blood pressure and heartbeat. It measures systolic, diastolic & means arterial pressure using the oscillometric method.
Edge device is constructed using a Wify modem, long-range communication device, storage unit. The computing device sends the data wirelessly through a wifi modem to the cloud server.
The computing device also has a storage unit which is made up of a Flip-Flop circuit that stores the data that comes from Wrist Band or the Gadgets 1, 2,3...
ADVANTAGES OF THE INVENTION:
1. The main advantage of a Long-range RF communication-based safety tracking gadget for the coal mine workers is that its tracking system is determining and displaying a miner’s location in the mine.
2. The Wrist Band gadget that senses the Blood Pressure and Heart Beat of the miner through a micro-controller & generates a packet & this packet is sent to the edge gateway through Long-range Radio communication, all this affect the resolution and accuracy capabilities of this particular gadget.
3. The microcontroller of the Blood pressure and heartbeat sensor measures the miner’s heartbeat and Blood pressure, in turn, it can be detected that the located miner is alive or not.
4. Smallest change in the miner’s location can be detected with the help of this gadget by the computing unit which sends wireless data through a wifi modem to the cloud server.
5. It also has a storage unit that stores the data collected from the wristband gadget worn by the minor.

5. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein Smallest change in the miner’s location is detected with the help of this gadget by the computing unit which sends wireless data through a wifi modem to the cloud server.
6. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein a storage unit stores the data collected from the wristband gadget worn by the minor.
