DESC:[001] The present disclosure generally relates to a system to prevent and control the failure of the air-conditioner of the vehicle. The present system to prevents and controls the failure of the air-conditioner of the vehicle comprises a failsafe kit and a fail-safe air conditioner compressor circuit.

[002] The current air-conditioning system of the vehicle has certain limitations such as failure of compressor system of air-conditioner due to lubrication losses, effective cooling of air-conditioner due to customer negligence, malfunctioning of the various components or parts of the air-conditioner and failure of relays and fuses of the air-conditioner system.

[003] The above limitations lead towards the failure of air-conditioner at regular interval and also would incur additional cost to customer or user.

[004] The present subject matter solves the aforementioned and other problems by the way of providing a system to prevent and control the failure of the air-conditioner in the vehicle. The system to prevent and control the failure of the air-conditioner in the vehicle of the present subject matter comprises a failsafe kit and a fail-safe air conditioner compressor circuit. The failsafe kit is configured to engage with existing VCR system. The failsafe kit further comprising of an air-conditioner body temperature sensor unit, and air-conditioner clutch temperature sensor unit and a controller cum warning display unit.

[005] In one embodiment, the present subject matter relates to a system to prevent and control the failure of the air-conditioner of the vehicle comprising a failsafe kit and a fail-safe air conditioner compressor circuit and a combination thereof.

[006] The failsafe kit is configured to engage with existing VCR system.

[007] The system to prevent and control the failure of the air-conditioner of the vehicle further comprising of an air-conditioner body temperature sensor unit, and air-conditioner clutch temperature sensor unit and a controller cum warning display unit.

[008] The present subject matter is provided with a fail-safe logic circuit (g), in which air conditioner compressor temperature (a) and voltage/current supply (d) outputted to be assess by controller (e) & when the output (a) & (d) found not in the defined range, compressor fail protective logic makes a judgment that it is abnormal, and the control command based on the fail-safe warning signal (f) including the compressor stop signal is outputted to stop the compressor & to provide warning signal to operator. The air-conditioner system suction pressure (b) & discharge pressor(c) measured output to be assess by controller (e) & when the output found not in the defined range, AC effective logic makes a judgment that it is abnormal & the control command based on pre warning signal circuit(f) provide warning alert to operator for abnormal AC gas in the system.

[009] It is generally observed that whenever there is lubrication losses because of lubrication leakages, improper air-conditioner service and less amount of lubrication filled in compressor, the air conditioner compressor body and air-conditioner clutch temperature increases and at continuous running wear & tear inside compressor moving part happen and due to which friction force increases & lead to increase compressor working temperature resulting air conditioner compressor failures i.e. compressor seize , clutch burn , magnetic coil fail, compressor sealing brake etc.
[0010] The fail-safe kit integration, compressor body and clutch sensor of present subject matter sense respective temperature and if temperature goes beyond acceptable limit a warning signal will intimated to end customer & ac compressor supply will disconnected till compressor temperature reaches normal working range.
[0011] Here the air-conditioner system performance is completely depending on the quantity of refrigerant charged in the air-conditioner circuit. Minor quantity of refrigerant variation impacts on air-conditioner cooling effectiveness. So, whenever there are air-conditioner refrigerant issues, because of refrigerant leakages, impure refrigerant top up, low or high refrigerant top up. The fail-safe air conditioner cooling circuit measure the suction & discharge pressure and provide input to controller to warn end user that there is issue with air conditioner refrigerant quantity in air conditioner system because of low Suction pressor result in low refrigerant pumping result less cooling similar, high discharge pressor result in AC compressor cutoff result in intermittent cooling.
[0012] Although the present disclosure is described in terms of certain preferred embodiments and examples, other embodiments and examples will be apparent to those of ordinary skill in the art, given the benefit of this disclosure, including embodiments and examples that do not provide all of the benefits and features set forth herein, which are also within the scope of this disclosure. It is to be understood that other embodiments may be utilized, without departing from the true spirit and scope of the present invention.
[0013] It is to be understood that other embodiments of the present disclosure will become readily apparent to those skilled in the art from the following detailed description, wherein it is shown and described only various embodiments of the disclosure by way of illustration. [0014] It would become abundantly clear to a person in the art, after reading this specification that the present subject matter also provides a system to prevent and control the failure of the air-conditioner of the vehicle comprising a failsafe kit and a fail-safe air conditioner compressor circuit and a combination thereof effectively and without departing from the spirit of the present subject matter. While the subject matter may be susceptible to various modifications and alternative forms, specific embodiments have been shown by way of example in the drawings and have been described herein. Alternate embodiments or modifications may be practiced without departing from the spirit of the present subject matter. The drawings shown are schematic drawings and may not be to the scale. While the drawings show some features of the subject matter, some features may be omitted. Alternatively, in some other cases some features may be emphasized while others are not. Further, the methods disclosed herein may be performed in manner and/or order in which the methods are explained. Alternatively, the methods may be performed in manner or order different than what is explained without departing from the spirit of the present subject matter. It should be understood that the subject matter is not intended to be limited to the particular forms disclosed. Rather, the subject matter is to cover all modifications, equivalents, and alternatives falling within the spirit and scope of the subject matter.

2) The system to prevent and control the failure of the air-conditioner of the vehicle as claimed in Claim 1, wherein said failsafe kit is configured to engage with existing VCR system.
3) The system to prevent and control the failure of the air-conditioner of the vehicle as claimed in Claim 1 further comprising of an air-conditioner body temperature sensor unit, and air-conditioner clutch temperature sensor unit and a controller cum warning display unit.
