Abstract: ABSTRACT A Titrimetric Method For Estimation Of Elemental Zinc In Zinc Preparations Zinc based pharmaceutical compositions are very common in present time which raise the demand of a much sensitive, efficient, robust, reproductive and economic method for the estimation of elemental zinc, such as during in vitrodissolution analysis of zinc-based compositionsorsustained release pharmaceutical preparation of Zinc or its salts. The present invention provides a suitable titrimetric method for quantitative estimation of elemental zinc, where the concentration of elemental zinc is low at the level of 10 ppm or as high as 1000 ppm.
