Abstract: Abstract It is a Box type trailer which is open from the top for loading the material. Lower part of trailer is narrowed to bottom and in the bottom part throughout length unique conveyer is placed. This conveyor is placed. This conveyor is having driving sprocket towards end and driven sprockets in the front of the trailer. Two sets of Chains are mounted in the parallel loop and interconnected with specially shaped profiles with abrasive resistant material in each respective links of both the chains. This loop along with across flats is rotated by two drive motors towards end. To enhance the required torque between drive shaft and hydraulic drive the gear box is placed. Under these across specially shaped profiles and the bed of the trailer, dampening layer is used as solid bearing surface to bear the load while allowing smooth sliding with low friction and same time provides shock absorbing characteristics as well. The controls are kept inside the cabin of the tractor. This electrical pendant is controlling electrical coils of hydraulic valves and thus operation is controlled.

DESCRIPTION:
It is a Box type trailer which is open from the top for loading the material. Lower part of trailer is narrowed to bottom and in the bottom part throughout length unique conveyer is placed. The top hinged gate at end is defined as tailgate. It is actuated by two single acting parallel hydraulic cylinders. These cylinders' operation is in sequence with the operation of linear movement of conveyer. First these hydraulic cylinders are actuated then the chain and specially shaped profiles are in linear motion. In this process the tailgate is open and due to whole floor is in linear movement on the bed of the trailer, the stacked material inside the trailer box is moved towards tailgates. In this process, material is moved towards end and at the end the material is discharged outside of the trailer. The controls are kept inside the cabin of the tractor. The electrical pendant is provided to start and stop the operation. This electrical pendant is controlling electrical coils of hydraulic valves and thus operation is controlled.
CLAIMS
CLAIM 1: A method, in which container body where top face is open and one end face is openable like tipper body or trailer body, be used to carry loose cargo like lime stone, coal, over burden material, soil, ore, minerals, stone and while discharging the carried material off, the rear openable tailgate will open first by exerting force by twin hydraulic cylinder (actuator) then loaded material to be moved out horizontally by providing friction and interference through bottom movable metallic conveyor. When movable material comes out of the end of the container, it is discharged out of the container without any inclination to the container body.
CLAIM 2: The Conveyor is made of two parallel chain loops and interconnected at one chain's each chain-link to corresponding each chain-link of other chain with profiled planks by bolts. The profiled planks are interconnected with certain overlap that allows it to provide sufficient friction and interference to payload while discharging, shares driving forces, doesn't allow any free space for payload but allows adjacent plank to slide over at both ends of chain loop where chains are rotated over sprockets without additional space in between plank surface. The profile of plank is unique innovative design and we claim the design concept of it.
CLAIM 3: We claim, that the chain moves in the cavity provided under the upper inclined flange and this way it doesn't get exposed to any direct impact of pay load at any given point of time. This design concept is unique and we claim for it.
CLAIM 4: Underneath the complete planks which are exposed from inside of the container body or trailer body, one layer of bearing substance is being placed. This allows to reduce the friction between floor and planks while planks' linear sliding movement. This allows to subside the impact of payload while loading of payload inside the container body (trailer body). This layer which provides ease of cushioning against impact of loading and ease of slide against friction forces is innovative and we claim for it.
