FIELD OF INVENTION
This invention relates to a transport lock with non return valve for live hydraulics of tractor.
BACKGROUND/PRIOR ART OF THE PRESENT INVENTION
Tractor while moving from one place to another place with heavy implement is required to withstand heavy jerk due to undulation on road. Implements due to its weight produces back pressure on the system and leakages increases and implement tends to drop. To avoid this Transport lock is used. When back pressure increases beyond the setting of the cylinder safety valve, oil passes through the cylinder safety valve and implements lower down, as currently available tractor is having live hydraulics. System tries to raise the implement, but due to the current transport lock, it cannot do the intended function as it blocks the pressure line. Continuous leakage leads the implement to hit the road, which may be dangerous for the tractor as well as driver. Hence, the current transport lock system possesses threat to the present hydraulic system if used in the wrong manner. In locked condition if hydraulic levers are operated, the system neutral position gets disturbed and relief valve starts blowing continuously. As a result, there will be power loss and rapid increase in the oil temp, which will raise various problems like:

1. Damage of sealing ring.
2. Heavy leakage due to reduced viscosity beyond acceptable limit.
3. Damage to the pump sealing system, hence pump.
In locked condition oil in the cylinder can't enter as the pressure line is blocked. While transporting heavy implements if back pressure increases beyond the set pressure of cylinder safety valve, the oil from cylinder passes though safety valve and implement lowers down and may hit the road which may be damaging to both tractor and infrastructure.
Thus, the known transport lock (fig. 1) doesn't function, in case the back pressure created by implement is beyond the cylinder safety valve setting. As a result, the oil leaks from cylinder safety valve and implement comes down. As the pressure line is blocked by transport lock, the oil cannot flow to cylinder to raise the implement and frequent jerks on tractor will further lower the implement, and can hit road. Thus, live hydraulic system behaves as non live hydraulic system due to the existing transport lock.
Therefore, a new transport lock is required to overcome the above drawback(s) and to save the basic characteristics of live hydraulics

OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION
The primary object of the present invention is to provide a transport lock with non return valve for live hydraulics of tractor which overcomes disadvantages associated with the prior art(s).
Another object of the present invention is to provide a transport lock with non return valve for live hydraulics of tractor which is efficient.
STATEMENT OF INVENTION
According to this invention, there is provided a transport lock with non return valve for live hydraulics of tractor comprising of transport lock with non return valve in parallel circuit.

DETAIL DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION WITH REFERENCE TO THE ACCOMPANYING DRAWINGS;
The present invention discloses a transport lock with non return valve for live hydraulics of tractor as shown in fig. 2. Said transport lock comprising of transport lock with non return valve in parallel circuit wherein the hydraulic oil can enter the cylinder from two parallel path, one from variable restrictor and another from check valve. When transport lock is locked, oil cannot leak through the circuit, as it isolates the system circuit form cylinder circuit, but can enter the cylinder through check valve. During jerk on the tractor when back pressure developed by the employment is beyond the safety valve setting, the oil passes though the safety valve and implement tries to lower. In this case, neutral of the system is disturbed and feedback is back to the control valve through neutral links linked with ram arm and implement is raised to the previous set position, thus it is prevented from hitting the ground.
ADVANTAGEOUS FEATURES OF TRANSPORT LOCK
1) Basic characteristics of live hydraulics are retained even if transport lock is in locked position
2) It prevents continuous blowing of relief valve, hence pump and all sealing system
3) It prevents heating of pump and oil.

Such variant embodiments employing the concepts and features of this invention are intended to be within the scope of the present invention, which is further set forth under the following claims:

WE CLAIM:
1. A transport lock with non return valve for live hydraulics of tractor comprising of transport lock with non return valve in parallel circuit.
2. A transport lock as claimed in claim 1, wherein the hydraulic oil can enter the cylinder from two parallel path, one from variable restrictor and another from check valve.
3. A transport lock as claimed in claim 1 or 2, is associated with the advantageous features such as herein described.
4. A transport lock with non return valve for live hydraulics of tractor substantially as herein described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
